I'm a loner/introvert. I enjoy my own company. My inner life is complex and rich. I need hours alone every day in order to stay happy, if I don't get that I become passively aggressive and want to destroy things. One example: I dislike huge family parties because of all the small talk and gossiping. It's tiring to pretend that I care about all the boring subjects they bring to the table. The whole situation feels forced. I'm a lot more comfortable chatting with one or two people I consider close.
Chezamayu Kitsukanii its same for me. I feel more comfortable when i'm alone.with lot of people around their gossips seem useless to me and i cant express myself right there.i like reading book and learning new things alone.
Agree absolutely sometimes group chats don't seem meaningful and too artificial. Worse is when it becomes gossipy.
I just get tired of attention seeking drama queens. I have several good friends who i know i can count on and visa versa. Im happy with that.

Its kind of bad sence my work is sometimes with alot of people. It makes me worried if I might not be able to handle a relationship. That I become to isolated. I think my ex was a very social person. He thought a was boring. Just staying home all day. My ex friend was probably an extravert person. She talk to fast that I hardly got any chance to say anything. It was really stressful. It was like I had to adapt my life to her.

I was a talkative kid then once I got in middle school I started to play more video games and got addicted to the point where I lost most of my extrovertness like I forgot how to communicate and keep a Convo going. Been a loner for years and always felt like a outsider ever since. Bad enough to the point I started watching vids of people talking like podcast, talk show interviews. The thing is I still kinda got the same goofy energy in me when I'm around people I'm comfortable around and when I have things to talk about. When I don't shit gets awkward and shitty feeling. But I have to say I do like my alone time aswell to recharge👍

Become more confident in our own skin as we get older, I'd say. So much pressure on younger people to "$achiev" things - which in Western society, is often percieved to involve being out there and being the life and soul of the group.
I only can get along with my best friends. I even try not to go to a family function... because too much people make me suffocated

I’ve been an introvert for most of my life and suffer social anxiety. really agree with what Courtney Cox stated I’m not in a relationship but I find it extremely hard to be around people that want to socialise after a couple of hours I get tired and crabby so I go in my room for some hours and shut off just like Obama does and the thing that annoys me is that people think introverts are rude or snobby or that we have something wrong with us when in general we don’t we just like our own time we don’t like being around too many people and we don’t like hearing gossip we get irritated quick so that’s why we like our own time we are fine being loners its completely healthy nothing wrong with it. everything these celebs said are 100% on the ball

The description is much better than the horrible, judgemental title. The word loner is like a word a 10 year old bully would say to someone. The last time someone texted me was 5 weeks ago...and it was for a school project. 😔 I guess people don't like me because I'm ugly and dumb. Hadas Kebed I tried, I really did. I guess I should explain my situation, well I needed to re-take my 8. school year because my grades were too bad. In my country we don't have different people in the different subjects. We have one class which stays together untill we graduate. Everyone in my new class already had friends and they said things like "you were too stupid to get trough grade 8" or "why are you so tiny? Are you disabled? Well you look like you are" 😔 They were so mean to me! But I still tried to be friendly and nice (atleast to the girls because they were nicer). I made 2 friends but the rest of the class kinda bullied me. After a while my friends ignored me and did the same. One year ago it stopped because they did the same to someone else.
Nowdays they just ignore me, I get a "Bye" now and then or a "Hey could you borrow me a ....." but everytime I try to make a funny comment or talk to them they say something like "hm..okay" or "lets talk later, I can't right now".
I tried sports but I'm really bad at everything and other ways to meet people aren't possible because I live in a really small city. Here live not many people under 40. The next grocerystore is 30 minutes away with a car. And I can't drive legall yet :/ Even if I would concider a sport I couldn't go there.

Guys trust me very few people can understand how precious is to be loner or having power of solitude...!! Because when your closest friend in the world your "subconscious mind" talk to you when you are alone than you can understand you true potential strength and weaknesses and try to fix them in order to be progressive..!! I like being a loner. When I want to socialize I go to social media and socialize with a few select people or I go out to my favorite cafe and socialize with the regular customers and then I return home to my private silent home.
Maybe we all should make a private room only for us the introverts..since we can only understand ourselves. I really like those people that are like minded like me..who I feel opened...only those who are introverts like me

I can definitely relate, but I found that it was very important for me to keep at least one friend in my life. this is because friends will tell you when you're thinking incorrectly and they prevent you from developing a distorted world view. that and it's nice to share experiences with another human being.

Sometimes being introverted makes u much more comfortable and happy rather be with people change drastically over the years, months or days. Away, safe and sound from certain bad energy, bad eyes and mouth.
