Is this theme downloadable somewhere? I can't find it on youtube even if I search street fighter 2 v, where you can only find the original ken vs ryu theme from that movie/series.

The theme is called 'the power of hadou', it plays in the streetfighter 2 v anime when Ken Shoryuken's bison's entire island prison.
