15 cups of water
1 pkg Mixed spices for pho
6 garlic cloves
2 pieces Chinese celery stems
4 slices of ganlangal
1 piece of ginger
3 tbsp seasoning soy sauce (Golden mountain brand)
3 tbsp thin soy sauce (Healthy boy brand)
2 tbsp oyster sauce (Panda brand)
2 tbsp black soy sauce (Orange label, Dek som boon brand)
2-3 cubes chicken bouillon (Knorr brand)
3 tsp salt
2 tsp Msg
2 tbsp coconut sugar, or palm sugar
2 small pieces of rock sugar
1\2 daikon radish, sliced into disk
1 lbs Pork blood cakes
NOODLES & VEGGIES:
Wonton noodle
Fresh pho noodle
Bean sprout
Gai-lan (Chinese broccoli
MIXED HERBS:
Cilantro
Chinese celery
Green onion
CONDIMENTS:
Fried garlic
Chili-oil
Lime
Roasted chili & garlic vinegar
