CRS (Commissioner of Railway Safety) Bengaluru conducted HIGH SPEED TRIAL Inspection in the Newly laid USILAMPATTI - ANDIPATTI Broad Gauge line today and the trial run was successful...Hope soon trains may start plying in this route..!!

The CRS conducted the motor trolley inspection from 11am to 5pm from Andipatti to Usilampatti later that day, Commissioner of railway safety (CRS) Abhai Kumar Rai conducted the speed trial on the newly-completed Usilampatti to Andipatti broad gauge (BG) railway line on Wednesday. Hundreds of locals gathered at the Andipatti railway station in Theni district to have a glimpse of the speed trial train. Andipatti to Theni stretch is likely to be completed by May 2021.
The speed trial began at Usilampatti station at 5.12pm and the train reached the Andipatti station at 5.32pm, covering the 21km section in 20 minutes. Top speed reached during the speed trial was 110 km/hr and 65 to 80 km/hr on the three km Andipatti - Kanavai ghat section. the CRS conducted the trolley inspection from 11am to 5pm from Andipatti to Usilampatti. Railway officials said the CRS will give his report in about a week. Here ill attach the link of High speed trial conducted between Usilampatti and Andipatti.

Thank you....Till theni tracks laid and theni station construction in progress...In April/May 2021 we can expect CRS to be done in Andipatti Theni line...In next video i will update...
