Actually, although I'm not meaning to "Preach", a lot of what the Shaolin Priests teach, whether they realize it or not, is derived straight from the Holy Bible. The Holy Bible also teaches forgiveness, letting go of the past, and helping those who, even if they are our enemies, need and seek for mercy. Think of Master Khan in one episode of Kung Fu, who gave a sworn enemy a bowl of rice, and a blanket to keep warm with. We need to learn these attributes, and follow them strictly, and, while I'm at it, I place myself at the top of the list of people that need to do these things. I've known how to do either good or evil, and so many times, I've done that which is wring. May God help me...us... everybody...to do that which is right, even when we want to take things into our own hands! If someone has done us wrong, don't seek revenge. Turn it over to God, and let him take care of the situation. He knows how! And if that person that has offended you asks for Forgiveness, forgive them. It is hard to do, but if your heart is right, then reconciliation can be made. This episode, amongst many others, contains loads of true wisdom. Remember:We are, after all, only human.

Ah🦗grasshopper🙏📿, when you can walk on the rice paper without disturbing a single grain of rice...you will have attained enlightenment.
The Kung Fu series was my favorite TV show. I watched every episode, attentively, without fail. Most of my friends ere enamored by the martial arts aspect of the show, but I was more intent on hearing the spiritual wisdom of Grasshopper's masters. Such as (1:48) when Grasshopper asks Master Po, "Will you help me walk the path? And Master Po replies, "I can only point the way Grasshopper, you must walk the path yourself".

The performance by both David and Keye are brilliant here. The wise old master who sees this young man as his son is doing everything he can to save his soul, while the student wrestles with an old pain that strives to contradict the wisdom that he has gained since that dark day,

Day Lilies are beautiful. If you wake up early enough, you can actually watch them slowly open to the sun from on top of a pond or lake. And the dew on them glistens like like diamonds and flashes little rainbows in the mist. I must have 200 pictures I've taken during this phenomenon, an not one of them enough comes close to capturing the brilliance and elegance of the moment.

Denying an aspect of all human nature such as anger grants it power a thousand-fold over ones self. Instead seek to embrace and understand the anger, use the understanding of your anger to understand how it connects you to others, for we all hold such darkness in ourselves in equal capacity.
Embrace the anger, but control it. So is the method of truth for other weaknesses such as fear, which can become strength if you master these aspects instead of allowing them to master you.

Master Po: "By taking the path that leads to the Truth." In Buddhism, the word for Truth is Dharma. Truth is an indisputable virtue, an unchanging fact like 2+2=4. People try to debate, or finesse, or interpret Truth, none of which can be done. Dharma--the unchanging truth--is one of the three virtues of Buddhism, beside the Buddha Himself and the Sangha (the community of the faithful).
