Hello Raquel sorry for the late reply (we are on vacation right now) yes they are 260Q chrome balloons from Qualatex and some are also just the regular metallic 260 balloon from Amazon.
We got the Qualatex brand from Bargain balloons. Thank you.

Hello beyliz, we use different kinds of balloons from the one's in Amazon to Qualatex which is also a great brand. We mostly get our's in Amazon and sometimes online at bargain balloons.

You mentioned that you stretched them and massage them before you make a twist, so I am thinking it might be the quality of the balloon you are using. Try another brand and please let us know. Please let us know if you have any question. Thank you for watching and the support.

@@karenaustin3877 ohh okay so we have the same balloon. Just make sure you don't inflate your 260q all the way. Once you inflate your balloon then tie a knot , then squeeze all over so the pressure go to the tail end of your 260Q. Remember, squeeze your balloon each time you make a twist. I hope this works for you. Please try again It know you can do this and don't give up :). Please let us know okay have a nice day.
