You can watch videos related to Grooming and communication on UA-cam and improve yourself. Still if you feel that it's not working then you can join aviation institute in end.

Hi Arpit Working hours are not fixed it is not like others job where you work from 9 to 5Pm. In this job it depends on the flights that you get for a particular day and we have a roster or schedule for a week that we follow for duty😄

For interview you don't have pay anything and after 12 you can apply for interviews.

You need to have valid passport before joining any airline during interview it's not mandatory as such.
Before training few companies ask for some amount it differs from airline to airline.
