- This is Shotgun Sage... been trying to improve with the nerfed bucky and it is such a bad gun, probably the worst gun in Valorant. Here is a compilation from my placements and random games where I use the judge and bucky. I also made a Jett rage quit during our match. I kept killing the jett over and over again with the bucky which made them type out "sage i hope u know u will never amount to anything in life". Next round, the Jett already dc'd allowing us to win easily. Went with lofi anime remixes since those were the bread and butter in my old shotgun sage videos.

Even though in Valorant the bucky is a bad gun, it is good for one and sometimes good for two. Especially with the price changes that Riot implemented in Valorant, the game is more focused on gunplay and abilities cost more. Therefore, with abilities being limited due to the economy changes, you can hold close angles with shotguns which will allow you to get kills. I brought back out my original 200 IQ Sage Walls which was on split (lol).

I feel like shotguns have their balance of shame when it comes to if they’re easy or difficult. Sure you have limited range, but there are a few scummy things u can do with shotguns that u cant really do with rifles. On 1 hand rifles can easily one shot you in the head from long to medium range as well as short range if you have good enough flick aim, or if u get lucky. Moving onto shotguns, sure you have limited range, but with almost every map in almost every area of it, there are corner u can sit in to guarantee that you’ll only be working with short ranges, adding onto this you shoot multiple bullets per click and you don’t even have to headshot either. Which I think is why everyone hates shotguns because it takes away that element of accomplishment when it comes to aiming. If you’re having trouble with shotgun mains there are ways to counter the playstyle with ease, as long as you trust your own aim with rifles or snipers. like holding longer angles, run and gunning with a spectre or phantom, and lastly sprint peeking or using utility on corners they’ve hid in before. With all this being said, in my personal opinion I really dislike the use of shotguns but I’m not going to stop anyone from using them to win a game or if its their preferred weapon.

What I love about all of these clips is that they are never peeking long angles if it can be helped. Everyone wants to complain about Shottys being OP when they are by their very design, meant for close quarters combat. They want into the trenches, they are gonna meet the trench gun.

Serious way to be improve is using guardian,crosshair placement and shootings will be clam and better

yknow with all the people complaining about how shotguns require no skill? have you tried it? im a judge main, and it really puts into perspective how talented quarkwy is, it requires so much game and map sense, its almost like playing a mini game whilst also playing the regular game. as much as I get how annoying it is to die to shotguns, it requires alot to get those positions
I mean sorta, I played judge randomly on icebox a very long map and just ran through everyone the first time I think to effectively do it you have to have some sense but it’s also really easy at the same time
@@giles2288 alot of it is both your positioning, and theirs. if you're around corners, easy kills. but if you're around corners and they swing wide, you're an easy kill. so now what? you cant keep doing that, so what can you do? hold corners but swing first. damn, that didnt work, so reposition, find a new corner, or even rambo it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. you need to know the map, like I can tell you breeze is the worst map for judge. Bind is one of the best, along side split and accent. this is for the lack of too many long paths, and lots of corners and/or indoor areas. indoor is ideal for judge as it demands a close range battle, and so clearly the close range weapon will come out on top.
there are certain things you learn about each map for each gun, and judge (and bucky) is easily the most different to get a grip on, as the rifles all operate roughly the same, the shotguns do not, and so cant be treated as such..
im rambling, im sorry, but ye if you keep playing shotguns consistently you'll begin to see maps differently when using a shotgun

So looking at this it appears he aims for around shoulder level to get the 1 shot. I'm guessing this hits all or 90% of the pellets while giving the increased headshot damage
