Haha.. that's the most tense situation after an engine rebuild.
Looking at the internals the engine was abused a lot. Oil hasn't been changed on time. Also no maintenance on time has been done. Else this engine last 3-4 lacs km easily

There was no such reason... The car was consuming engine oil. Now that happened coz of one broken piston ring and others were also worn out.
@@nklkhannausually maruti engines don't fail in lakh kilometres I think the owner delayed the oil change 😅😅😅
There is a plastic cover in car radiator which is missing. Someone opened the radiator and forgot to install it. It helps to direct air flow to radiator for better cooling.

Hey Nakul great vid as always. This was a 1.3 MJD engine or the newer Maruti developed diesel engine? Also is that a Jaguar/Mercedes getting serviced in the background?.
It is the 1.3 mjd because only the facelift ciaz got 1.5 diesel developed by suzuki

@@nklkhanna tdi engines consume oil like i have noticed oil consumption of approximately 100 to 150 ml after 1200 to 1500 kms of running in 1.6 tdi rapid
