You would gain extra storage space with a cabinet the same width and depth as the refrigerator. Maybe the builder could help you out. Only a suggestion. You gals are doing a great job.

This is a new house why did you not get them to paint the walls in the colors you want from the beginning or do they not do that over there?
Those upcharges for custom colors are insanely expensive. Plus probably not as nice a job as they can do themselves.
