Actually mas mainit ang container house kahit may insulator na lalo na dito satin na tropical weather, kaya kailangan talaga ng ac kung madaling lumapot ang dugo nyo. 😅
So hangga't maaari gamitin lahat ng pwedeng maglessen ng init even yung paligid like mas maraming halaman or puno mas mainam for extra shades at fresh air.
mas less stress at economical ito kesa magpagawa ng bahay starting from scratch...ang prep mo lang ay ang lupang pagtatayuan, design na gusto mo at simple maintenance.....minimalist, modern, brutalist, modular....

dapat meron silang website na pwede gumawa ng gustong config na bahay ng customer, then may estimated price na. Big project, but as a web developer here, the customer will appreciate it, and mas mapapabilis yung income flow sa company, and convenience nadin sa client.

For septic they can just buy the PVC units from Citi. Just make sure put a solid cement base depending on soil conditions. Construction always has lots of factors. Glad you helped explain to the viewers more details.❤

Maganda to sya.. ang kulang lang is ventilations. Not enough windows… sana yung ventilations is a must like sa ibang countries, to minimize din yung humidity.

The down side of this pre-fab container homes are eliminating architects, civil , electrical engineers and other related jobs in construction business long term. I could identify negative comments in this video on who's who are affected. This concept is better suits outside Metro Areas that will eliminate bureaucrats in obtaining permits.
Super init pb containervan. Kaya po kaya ng 1 aircon lang kung 1 unit lang. Ngayon ko lang napanood itong video ng prefab conntainervan. As what you said P170k complete furnished na may cr at kwarto na. Free 1steel door and 1-2steel window. Kaya lang po yun sa cr at kusina laging nababasa ng tubig. Wala pl ako nkita na kusina. Cr lang. Puede pl ito ipatong direct na sa hallow block. Sealed duon sa hallowblock and adobe yun containervan para bungalow stye na at mataas tingnan. Yun septic tank hiwalay pala dapat sa container van kasi para walang amoy sa loob at kung full na ang septic tank puede maremedyohan. How i Wish i could have one. Maspractical para magkaroon agad ng house at mas menus pa sa contractor. Bali ang mag assemble pl nito ay yun may ari ng company at free install pa. Sa isang unit ba puede 2bedroom. 1master bedroom at room sa anak. Bahain po kasi sa Valenzuela,Bulacan kaya mas maganda at safe pb na ipatong ito sa hollowblock at adobe or puede hollowblock nlng para safe at para kung patungan ng containervan di madurog ang hallowblock and adobe. Just inquiring only because its one of my dream house na puede agad matirahan. Please can i have your celnumber just incaseof na kung makapag ipon na ako ng ganyan kalaki na pera ,iyan agad ang target ko. Ano po name mo maam sales manager. Saan ba location ng warehouse nyo. Hindi po nadiscuss sa vlog kung anong insulation ginamit sa mga walls para sa init
Hindi din nadiscuss kung may insulation ba para sa noise since steel sya, pag umulan maingay, at nagba bounce yung sound sa loob lalo pag magpapatugtog ng nakaspeaker since steel nga sya.
And hindi rin nadiscuss yung elements na pinagstore dyan since container sya na ginawang bahay
up for this, biggest concern talaga nmin ang noise khit nsa subdivision kna. If ganyang questions probably direct inquire na sknila.
May nakita po ako sa ibang vlog (Henry's something new), diff company pero rockwool yung insulation nya. Mainit pa rin daw lalo na pag tanghali. Di ko alam abt noise. Kung sa subdivision ilalagay, tanungin po muna yung developer or HOA kung i-allow nila yung ganyan (meron kc di pde).

Pwede ninyo po palagyan separate steel roof & trusses na nakaoverhang ang roof eaves w/ gutters & downspout just to be sure sa rusts, pero sa inyong expense napo iyon.

Maganda, question ko lang lalo na sa higher elevation na places siya ilalagay. Meron ba sya lightning prevention? Also puwede ba pakita yung sample electrical wiring withing the walls? In between sa walls meron ba insulation for being sound and weather proofing? Thanks.

In your previous two vlogs you never mentioned about the VAT (value added tax). That’s 12% addional cost. I came to believe that it is a vat exempt.

Tama po. Minsan mas mahal pa po cya kung per square meter ang pagbabasehan. Mas mahal cya kesa sa half-concrete half-ficem board (Hardieflex) house. Advantage nya is madali i-assemble at pwede ilipat.

@@lovepeoplehu9883 depende po kung anong type of house ang gusto nyo. Kung prefab container house vs concrete house, mas mura ang prefab kung per sqm ang pag uusapan. Prefab is 181k (with electricals), 18 sqm, pumapatak na 10 or 11k per sqm (depende sa finishing mo). Sa full concrete house, mura na ang 20k per sqm ngayon (2023). Pag half concrete, half Hardieflex house, pwde mo ma-achieve ito at 10k per sqm. So depende na sa tao kung ano gusto nya. May mga ayaw ng container house kc it's too "boxy". Kung full Hardieflex house, pwde ma-achieve ito at 5k/ sqm (see vids of Diane B). So bahala na yung tao na mag decide. Per sqm nyo po tingnan yung price, not the whole amount.

About sa building permit sabi ng ibang supplier ng prefab house no need na mag apply ng building permit ang owner kasi daw ang prefab container house belongs to temporary house lang, ewan ko lng kung totoo.
Ma-hal ang semento at bakal o anuman g materyales at madadaya ang kontraktor (karamihan) at mahal ang arkitik na magpagawa ng plano ng bahay at ang engineer...dito praktikal...wala ng tse tse buritsi..
