Terra was one cool world indeed. Yes it was a sort of analog to Earth with its full on Nature aesthetic, the Jungles and everything, but it truly felt like home as they started there.
I mean, I was quick to put off the planet's name (it's literally "Earth" in my language), but the fact they do acknowledge one of the planets might actually be a copy of the other did make it a cool touch.

Dillon Sudduth the voice acting is good enough. Andrew Morgado voices Krunk, Dwight Schultz voices Nash and Geary, and Robbie Daymond voices Small Norm (by whistling so don't fret). André Sogliuzzo reprises his role as Big Norm and voices Real Velo.
Gotta say out of all the world champions Krunk and big Norm were definitely the best and were good sports in the end. Even though Big Norm dosen’t like to lose he’s a better sport about it than little Norm.
In a recent interview one of the devs said CNK characters will be playable. Fingers crossed the CNK bosses and their awesome karts are playable too. 5/10/19 update: IT’S HAPPENING!!!

The part where Geary tidies Crash up, he was like, "You look like you could use a tidying up, friend. Some little bits of debris might've gotten into your fur during the race!" Oh, and also, Velo's boss kart. In the cutscene, it was golden in color, but during the race, it's purple.

this game brings back so many memories i just completed crash team racing after not playing it for many years and Velo from nitro kart makes N. Oxide from crash team racing seem the easiest boss ever. I remember playing this game and still til this day getting angry over not defeating this guy, I remember my dad walking in and just saying "be calm about it, just keep driving straight and focus" and ironically it worked. it was such a tough challenge but really does bring back childhood :')
I really hope they get the same voice actor for Emperor Velo when he comes into CTR Nitro Fueled . He has an epic voice . Loved his lines . They were intense . That alien like Russian voice is awesome .
I love how Vito doesn't seem to be an asshole like many others in his position are. He has a sense of intimidation about him, but he just acts mildly upset or just intrigued when his champions lose.
Great to see that anti-grav mechanic again. Shame they removed that from the tracks in Nitro Fueled for the sake of simplicity, and now MK8's the one taking the spotlight for the anti-grav.
+James Frostbite Thurley Tag Team Racing wasn't awful, the racing was different but still rather fun, it even had a nice bit of platforming added into it as well, just both modes were a bit bland compared to the previous titles. Nitro Kart's designs and cutscenes are miles above though, they look like Naughty Dog made them, they even had the original designers work on them.
ToonReel001 I know, I'm one of the few people to rank it higher than Twinsanity on my list of non-Naughty Dog games. It was really fun and the different cars made it really unique compared to the other two kart-racing games. Got so angry when my friend snapped the game disc in half that I punched him and knocked one of his teeth out and gave him a nose bleed. I get very angry over trivial things.

Against Norm, I have to retry at least 3 times to beat him, and Velo... good lord, it took me 20 to 30 minutes to beat this asshole... and it was only the first encounter. But when I realise there was a shortcut in hyper spaceway to beat Velo easily, I wanted to fucking die

Luke Danger It's really sad that the CTR style for kart games fell into obscurity. There's nothing quite like the turbo system CTR had, especially the Hangtime Turbo mechanic. That single element is what made the tracks in CTR and CNK so dynamic and fun. You'd never get those massive waterfall jumps from Oxide Station and Electron Avenue in Mario Kart because there'd be no point to it. And it's only with the recent inclusion of a trick system that tracks began to include a lot of hills, bumps and jumps in general. That being said, All-Stars Racing has really filled that gap with their air-trick system quite nicely.

i just realized the boosts dont have as big of an impact as they did in ctr. thats why it doesnt feel as fun drifting around.
