this was kinda in the middle of the show!! also gaga live is where it's at!! you should watch the paparazzi 2009 vma performance, it's kinda what solidified her as an artist as apposed to just a popstar and it's very symbolic and makes sense with the song and video too.
also the artrave was the tour that supported the artpop album from 2013, her most experimental and rebellious work and the tour reflected that!! the jacket i believe was a fanmade jacket she put on if i'm not wrong, her doing this song was kinda random as it's not in the setlist, and yes she definitely loves this song and fully gets it hehe
