  • The following psychosocial experiment explains how the behaviour of individuals is conditioned according to the style of leadership with which they are directed.
    It was carried out by a group of American researchers in 1939, and directed by Kurt Lewin (professor at the University of Berlin and the University of Iowa).
    This experiment arose in a social context in which most of the research was aimed at explaining the behavior of the Nazis under Hitler's command, especially for Kurt Lewin who had to go into exile to the U.S. after being persecuted by the Nazis.
