Would love to see you on Martins' Strength Unknown Series! His videos with JF Caron recently were great and if he came to England you could teach him how to log properly ;)

Loving all the different types of videos your posting. I only became a fan of strongman over lockdown and even though I don't participate it's so interesting to see the techniques and just how much hard work it takes to be up there with the best in the world.

Amazing Video Graham, I was wondering if you’d do a Deadlift Technique video?
More for the benefit of everyone else than me, since we had our 1-1 session where you fixed my deadlift tech I’ve gone from a 230kg deadlift to 300kg, and much better at Deadlift for Reps than I used to be, not been beaten in competition yet!

Watching you regularly over the last few years has really helped move my Log Pressing forwards Graham!
15 months ago my PB was 116kg, now its 140kg and my favourite event!
Can you please offer any critical insight into nutrition before log press? A few months ago I stopped having caffeine before my overhead sessions as I was feeling like I was going to black out at times. Have you musts or must nots before an overhead session please?
P.S. This is Daniel not Sarah :)

Great video man! Graham I seen that you replaced your MetalGuys log with a Slater log. Didn’t you also have a MonsterStrong log at one point? Big Dog logs being another one I can think of when it comes to true logs.
How would you compare these logs?

  • @jimmyp7928

What specific bicep and tricep excercises do you do? Also, what calf work takes place? Perhaps this can be answered in a future video. Cheers Graham 👍
