That could actually help both teams, but Denver might have to throw someone or something else in to get it done. Reid and McDaniels could definitely help Denver....and MPJ, while not a guy who creates a lot of his own offense, could absolutely feast on open 3pt shots from kickouts playing for MN. He's also greatly improved his passing this year too.
How about Murray instead of MPJ because he is much worse?? Bro is a lifelong Russ hater. This dude comes up with nonsense just to talk down on Russ’s name. Russ has take the backseat and recognized he is not the best player on the team since he played with Paul George in OKC and arguably his entire career. KD won an MVP next to Russ. PG was an MVP finalist next to Russ. In 19-20 Prime Harden was Prime Harden next to Russ. Brad Beal led the league in scoring next to Russ. Westbrook has been and will continue to be one of the best teammates in the entire league. Like what are you even talking about?
Nuggets has talent, but they fall apart with Jokic on the bench. I think they should practice without him, because they rely on running everything:g through him so much and are in disarray without him.
I think they need a replacement center for Jokic. So Valanciunas will be the best option. They can even consider some insane line-ups like having Jonas and Joker at the same time.
Jimmy butler anyone? He’s 35 and though on an expiring deal still playing at a high level, he would instantly fix any problems they have with perimeter defence and actually elevates his level of play during the playoffs. MPJ, Zeke, Cancar and DJ.
"In my country where I'm coming from after this kind of stretch you gonna get paycheck that is a little less than usual" 💪 Nikola is the hardest player in the Modern NBA, and there is no close second 💯
The easiest fix is to get rid of the corner 3, and just push the 3pt line out at the low elbow. Now it takes actual movement & skill to beat a defense, because it clogs up the “freight train” lane to the basket too. While also giving postmen room to make moves inside & rebound.
Christian Braun is in the 88% percentile defensively for BPM & 86th percentile for D-EPM. His offense, on the other hand, is barely above league average. Defensive rating isn’t a great metric for individual players
When every team gives 100%, like in the playoffs, there isn't enough space for so many trees. The problem is that during the regular season, most teams do not even want to play at 100%.
It's shame MPJ is only tradeable player is Denver. He is very good shooter and efficient scorer who knows how to play with Jokic. His off ball game is one of the best in the league. It's one of those situations where player is more valuable for his current team then any other. Similar to Green and Warriors.
Of all the great players of this generation jokic is the only one who if he finishes his career with one ring we should be saying this isn't good enough and a major nuggets fk up. Giannis is good with one , doncic will be good with one the way his career is going but for the player jokic is shattering innumerable records and putting up stats that haven't been seen since Chamberlain you gotta question what nuggets are doing..
Jamal Murray was fundamental for the Nuggets post-season success, let's not forget how he showed up big when it matters. It's too easy to throw him under the bus now
MPJ and Strawther for Cam Johnson and Ben Simmons. Cam fixes the hole at the wing with decent shooting. Simmons plays back up to Jokic at the five and have him only worry about defense and dimes, who says no?
Fun idea for a rule(i know it wont happen but lets fantasize) Imagine if a team can chose 1-2 min of the game where u cant shoot threes, this way we can see more dunks mis range and different lineups(lets say 2 bigs) U cant use it at the last two min of a game or even last quarter. I dont think its ever gonna happen or work but just sayin it would be nice

The Nuggets aren't looking like they have historically despite Jokic playing at a record level high and it's simply not sustainable. Murray and MPJ need to either step it up or they need to add some more pieces to make them the lethal contenders they were before.
If only the NBA is not bias to Embiid because of the current event that year, Jokic could have won CFMVP, FMVP and his 3rd straight MVP that is nearly impossible to do
They really need to trade MPJ man. That is a huge part of the issue. He's too inconsistent, and really has one of the worst contracts in the league. Jamal also should be traded. I know that is something that'd make most lose their minds as how "insane" and "terrible of a take" it is, but they do. Bro needs to go. He's far too unreliable in terms of availability, he's became pretty inconsistent himself, and holy hell is he way too overpaid. With the current rules, they may be truly screwed to be stuck with him though, which is brutal.
Positive takeaways from the last two games: Jamal and Nikola are giving extra on defense. It's true that they will never be Tayshaun Prince and Ben Wallace, but in the last two games they are putting in extra effort. Murray is playing SMART. He shoots and passes the ball when the game calls for it. Most of his points are after easy shots and he has minimized the heroball plays enormously. If he always played like this, without letting his ego take control of him, he could average +20 points and +10 assists per game with good shooting percentages. If he had a normal shooting day today, considering that they weren't crazy shots, he could have scored 28 points and given 10 assists with good percentages. I think this is the way to go. Negative takeaways from the last two games: Julian Strawther is unplayable. He's totally transparent on defense. He should average +20 points per game to compensate for his zero contribution on defense. Everything MPJ gives you on offense doesn't make up for his weak defense either. On offense he's a good spot-up shooter who has improved his reading of the game and is good at rebounding offensively, but he's incapable of handling the ball and dribbling. On defense he's a cone, especially playing small forward, having to defend the perimeter. I think it's clear that Denver just needs to improve its defense to be a contender. To do that, I'd try to give MPJ + Strawther + Šarić/Nnanji + 2nd Round for De'Andre Hunter + Dyson Daniels and, if possible, Bogdan Bogdanović. With this we would greatly improve our perimeter defense and three-point shooting: Westbrook - Murray - Hunter - Gordon - Jokić / Bogdanović - Daniels - Braun - Watson - Jordan / Pickett - Tyson.
barely into a new season and all these youtube hoop channels always got some diva ass hollywood gossip headline and you watch the video and its just yapping
Those stats weren't correct. He's averaging, as of today, 12.5 rebounds per game. Don't know where the 9 came from. He had nine in their last game...maybe that was it.
The solution to this is very simple: Surround Jokic with 3d players dogs that can guard the perimeter so jokic wont have to worry and let him cook on the offense. Thats how they won the title. Trade for Guys like Jaden Mcdaniels and Walker and you would win Jokic 3 titles.

Horrible trade for Minnesota, MPJ maybe has a similar value to one of them
They's no way Wolves would agree. MPJ is 🗑️ rn
How about Murray instead of MPJ because he is much worse?? Also 190 cm, who cant do anything beside, handle and carring ball all the time and dont know what to do with it, and that is play maker worth 200 milion dollars?? WTF, his worth is 20 milion for 3 years, not fuc**ng 200m!! The same actually applies to MPJ and Gordon, they are all overpaid, none of them are worth that much, but Marie is even worse than these two. The club manager's imbecility really knows no bounds
The nuggets are even more cooked if they trade of any of the rumored players
I love your videos man
Honestly
Trade for cam johnson, great shooter and defender
I had this in my mind too
Small correction at 1:13...Bill Russell also won 4 MVPs in 5 years. 1962, 1962, 1963, 1965. Oscar Robertson won in 1964.
Great video!
Lakers messed up by trading their championship core for Westbrook, nuggets messed up by not trading their core
Love your videos. Very informative, and concise. But I wonder what's the total trade scenarios you've shared and how many really happened. It's fun to take a tally 😅
Best Russ Post Wizards. By Far. ANd most appreciated Russ Post Washington too
Love that trade suggestion
Who's making this videos? At least get his averages right. He's at 31 12 and 10 per game. And his quote about a pay cut was about the whole team including himself
nice video!
0:58 These stats don't look right
They aren’t right. At the very least, he averages more rebounds than assists…not sure where those stats came from.
The only one that’s right is the points lol
They could go on a 2 week win streak right now and be top 5 or top 3 depending on how other teams go.
Jimmy butler anyone? He’s 35 and though on an expiring deal still playing at a high level, he would instantly fix any problems they have with perimeter defence and actually elevates his level of play during the playoffs. MPJ, Zeke, Cancar and DJ.
"In my country where I'm coming from after this kind of stretch you gonna get paycheck that is a little less than usual" 💪 Nikola is the hardest player in the Modern NBA, and there is no close second 💯
the nuggets need a solid power forward, someone who can block shot and get rebounds and play solid defense against other big men
The easiest fix is to get rid of the corner 3, and just push the 3pt line out at the low elbow.
For my birthday wish, please talk about how good the Cavs have been
Wrong stats - avg 31, 12.9 R, 9.5 A
4 rebounds per game off
When every team gives 100%, like in the playoffs, there isn't enough space for so many trees.
Euro players seem to be 95% of this new era who actually care about winning.
We need more Jokić content
Was literally gonna say this gives me Bron first stint in Cavs vibes.
Jamal Murray was fundamental for the Nuggets post-season success, let's not forget how he showed up big when it matters. It's too easy to throw him under the bus now
Nugs are one and done. Never again.
THE WHAT 3:11
💀💀
😂
The nuggets, you must be hearing impaired, maybe 🧠 impaired too
Lmao
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
good content
I know it’s not feasible but I would’ve loved to see Jimmy Butler on the nuggets
Who were the ones laughing at 0:21? What he says is not wrong.
I think they’re just laughing because the answer was unexpected, not necessarily because they thought he was being ridiculous
He ain’t wrong. You have players getting paid this much and they play poorly, that’s not a good look.
Wild take: I believe Nuggets will take title this season.
MPJ and Strawther for Cam Johnson and Ben Simmons. Cam fixes the hole at the wing with decent shooting. Simmons plays back up to Jokic at the five and have him only worry about defense and dimes, who says no?
Can you make a video about the D'lo trade?
Fun idea for a rule(i know it wont happen but lets fantasize)
Imagine if a team can chose 1-2 min of the game where u cant shoot threes, this way we can see more dunks mis range and different lineups(lets say 2 bigs)
U cant use it at the last two min of a game or even last quarter. I dont think its ever gonna happen or work but just sayin it would be nice
Dunks are Bs
Last night he had 36pt, 22rb and 11as,Jokic is the best in the NBA right now
Yet his team is useless without him on the floor. so that means nothing if it doesn't translate to wins
I hope we don't trade Deandre for Porter lol
I think it's quite impressive averaging 10 "assitts" a game. I mean, when your game is so good it calls for extra letters.
1:10 sir its a lottery team featuring russ without jokic
100%
On: 117.1 - 117.4 (-0.3)
Off: 121.1 - 112.3 (+8.8)
Same Trends hold when Including Jokic ...
Russ on, Jokic Off: 100.7 - 120.3 (-19.6)
Russ Off Jokic Off: 103.0 - 103.2 (-0.2)
Russ on, Jokic On: 125.5 - 116.0 (+9.5)
Russ Off, Jokic On: 127.3 -115.5 (+11.8)
Last year isn’t “normal” 2 years ago isn’t “normal” nice analytics tho my friends.. one of my favorites
They should keep MPJ. I wouldn't trade him unless they're getting a "win now" trade in return.
The basketball swish sound byte spam is reminding me of the Johnny test whip crack and I promise that isn’t a good thing lmfao
Are we gonna talk about trading Jokic to a different team? Or is that exclusively a Giannis thing?
Westbrook been playing well since he got on the clippers, he only had a bad stint on the lakers
Trade Jamal Murray for Zion.
i’ve always though guaranteed contracts are the worst ideas . i bet you if it wasn’t they’d play harder/better
Dario saric has a million dollar contract which is insane because he is unplayable.
The Nuggets aren't looking like they have historically despite Jokic playing at a record level high and it's simply not sustainable. Murray and MPJ need to either step it up or they need to add some more pieces to make them the lethal contenders they were before.
getting lavine and losing mpj to boost your 3s would just offset itself.
If only the NBA is not bias to Embiid because of the current event that year, Jokic could have won CFMVP, FMVP and his 3rd straight MVP that is nearly impossible to do
If I’m Denver, I’m trying to orchestrate a multi team trade that gets them both Hunter and Marcus Smart
I knew Russ was going to be a good fit Russ is always like that he will get the best player involve every chance he can get
The nuggets gym is terrible. He is wasting the best player of a generation’s prime!
Positive takeaways from the last two games:
Jamal and Nikola are giving extra on defense.
Negative takeaways from the last two games:
Julian Strawther is unplayable.
Hunter, Daniels and Bogdanovic for MPJ and random players and 2rd.. do you think Hawks GM is crazy to accept it? Lol
Love how these trades will never happen for Denver
barely into a new season and all these youtube hoop channels always got some diva ass hollywood gossip headline and you watch the video and its just yapping
the nuggs can capitalise on if the warriors do a big trade but i dont think they are
Hmm well looking at his stat line...9 rebounds isn't exactly top tier for your 7ft center. Maybe jokic' playstyle is contributing to some struggles
Those stats weren't correct. He's averaging, as of today, 12.5 rebounds per game. Don't know where the 9 came from. He had nine in their last game...maybe that was it.
Jokic plays No defense but everyone’s too infatuated over his offense
The solution to this is very simple:
Surround Jokic with 3d players dogs that can guard the perimeter so jokic wont have to worry and let him cook on the offense.
Thats how they won the title.
Trade for Guys like Jaden Mcdaniels and Walker and you would win Jokic 3 titles.
