Not really. Haven't played trance in about 15 years. I could do something a bit more old school I guess, on vinyl. I'll see what I have knocking around.
DJFITME Ok, sounds good. I'll need a couple weeks to sort out some decent tracks I guess. Then I'll send you a message. Any hints on decent, current artists or labels would be appreciated though.
Yeah no hurry :D Depends really what style trance you like to play. I love mostly uplifting trance. Heres some my favorite labels: FSOE,IN TRANCE WE TRUST,AMSTERDAM TRANCE RECORDS,MONSTER PURE,WHO'S AFRAID OF 138?!,VANDIT RECORDS,DAMAGED RECORDS,KEARNAGE RECORDINGS
I did like all the tweaking done here and appreciate your technical mixing skills. But my ear picks too much fighting notes i.e. disharmonies. Now this can be due to deliberate tone play for artistic reasons, but as in mixing in general, there should be a release following the tension, and neighboring notes build a lot of tension. Taking this to the next level involves adding harmonic release on purpose. Just my constructive criticism. Keep up the good work. You know your DB4 better than i do mine :)
vasenpolvi Thanks mate. always appreciate the constructive criticism. That's how we learn and get better. Yeah, I don't really mix a lot. don't have the time really. I just find some tracks I like, try to get them in a semi-organised order, then just play about recording them and posting them. I'm by no means a good, never mind great DJ. But play purely for my own enjoyment. But always good to hear someone suggest I'm not complete garbage, lol. Thanks.
Could you do trance mix? Would love to see db4 used for trance and how the fxs sounds with it :)

If you have some trance you could do guest mix for my channel ;)
