watched your page , ok this is not "self defense" but sport , ok ok but anyway _ rule NUMBER ONE (in jiu jitsu right?) = NEVER EVER GIVE SOME PARTS OF YOUR BODY TO YOUR OPPONENT or unless brasilian jiu jitsu forbids head pushes ? armblocks ?elbowkicks ? because here you are just about to lose your nose your ankles and fists ... unless there are rules i dont know in your brazilian jiu jitsu as reminder , backside attacks have the biggest power , and at close distance it is very hard to miss , PLUS your hands are alredy occupied doing 'wtf' i dont know . well , in my opinion it is art but not martial art , or "how to carry your daughter" techniques , opponent arms are free , legs are free . i really dont understand the purpose of this lesson
