Hi Lauryn, Loved the video! I saw it (and liked it) the night you made it (and week #5 unboxing too) but it was late and I didn't get around to commenting. I found some of the ones that I said I missed because I skipped that week wouldn't have been good for me anyway. Like the Peruvian chicken and the Parmesan crusted chicken. I thought the beans would be mostly cream spinach sauce with just some beans. I don't eat carbs so its kind of good to know I didn't make that mistake. And the Peruvian chicken looked like you said, dry. And too much carbs for me again. BUT the Cheesy bacon ranch chicken looked so good! And the same with the shredded chicken pesto ricotta with the bacon cream spinach! Lately they don't make the new things twice, just one time, so I don't know if I will ever get to try it. But the Cheesy bacon ranch is one of the ones they make regularly. And the Chimichurri aioli with the shredded pork looked so good too! I wanted it for that sauce in the cup! I love their sauces. The Bulgogi was mostly carbs too, so I'm glad I didn't end up getting that They're so expensive you don't want to regret any of them. But I really regret missing the one with ricotta. I'm the same. I always think I didn't make it right and ruined it. I think I should have let it sit for two minutes after cooking like they say or I should have done it in the oven.
Thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone with the cooking 😭 but maybe we are doing it right after all d: do you also dislike putting the 2oz of water? I don’t like it when I put it in the oven because it makes it harder to remove the tray without spilling

💯 percent Agree....The Peruvian chicken breast meal is very good. Red pepper cauliflower grits wit broccoli 4.8 for me.
