I JUST finished FFVII Remake today, and was really looking forward to playing INTERmission, but I gameshared with my buddy to get the game. Sadly, that means I cannot DL the DLC. So, I either have to buy the full game digitally, or spend STUPID money (Read $130 +) online to buy a physical copy... my preferred method, because SE thought it was a good idea to STOP producing the physical version for PS5 in the US. So I appreciate your quick breakdown. It allows me to snag Rebirth when it releases and know what's going on.

Not surprised they took Scarlet in the direction they did. It'll make future appearances in the main game more interesting if they do something similar to the original, if my memory serves right. Also, I had a side question if I may (not specifically related to this) : If you could see your ideal game made, what would it look like?

Honestly thats a hard question to answer because i play and enjoy almost everything, but 3rd person action/hack and slash is one of my favorite genres. Has to have clean crispy combat and im a sucker for a good air combo lol. Add niers music, story, and everything else and its easily my favorite game.
@@LaMuerteBlanca I think that a lot of the things you pointed out were what I was figuring. Given my primary exposure to your channel is the Yakuza series and your story reviews for them (though I'd also seen you cover the Witcher) , Third Person and combat intensive did feel like the mark. Beyond that, it is hard to say what I was expecting. I did, and perhaps this time I might've missed the mark, get a feeling you do enjoy a good story (even if RGG games have tropes which I feel irk you as constantly used dramatic devices, such as forgetting to disarm/unload any firearms on a scene).
@@Warrickomega that's all fair. Probably is difficult because I enjoy so many different games. Honestly, I do love RGG games and the tropes are more funny to me than anything else. Like "here we go again" type funny. A lot of my over exaggeration in these videos is more about emphasizing how ridiculous it all is. 😅
