Hey!
I understand your concerns but I think this trail is way to beautiful and amazing to holding you back just by dogs. 99% of them are friendly, it was just one encounter we had. I actually read it more often that some people have problems with dogs while hiking this path, but I really think that is not such a big problem to skip this amazing path. I think it is good that when you meet people, talk to them, especially when they come from the other direction, if they had some encounters (also ask about the water situation, always good to know), take hiking poles with you, they are helpful when dogs get too close and when you come close to a farm, already pick up a stone or two. It is not great that one has to be so careful hiking this trail, but still, the Lycian Way is such a great adventure would be sad to miss it just cause of this. =) greetings!
@@cravetheplanet yeah I get that, Amy was bitten by a dog 2 years ago on the French camino, so she also has a hard time when there are some rather "interested" dogs, so we try to avoid them as good as possible now.

Never felt scared of the dogs in Turkey, must have been some very wild corner of the country
Naaaa only some dogs that were kept very bad!
Tolles Video wieder geworden Sohn 👌
Danke Papa ;)
dogs are the only thing holding me back from this one
