Anyone else think it's weird this random man was allowed to just take a little girl? She had a bunch of relatives he was introduced to like three of her aunt's? Idk just kind of weird to me
He was a random man, but he put his life to risk for her. He came back to the village for her. She saved him and brought him back to life not once but twice. There was a spiritual relationship between them so he kind of adopted her. :)

No not really because in Victorian times it would not be strange and also she was an orphan and probably no one was paying attention

This movie is pretty darn good but strange to a degree because Thomas is a stranger to the town and Anna so at the end of the movie it's like thomas and anna is like a 1918 Ghostbuster Duo but i'm thinking anna is a ghost at first 🤔🤔.

People have become so bitter and nasty. Im guilty of it to a degree but Im done! 😞 All day every day we have people trying to divide us. Everyone needs to stop and realize we are all human beings. No one is perfect. Stop hating people you have never met because politicians or celebrities told you you have too. This world is doomed if we Don't stop letting complete strangers tell us what to think. We are all someones child or mother or sister or brother. Think about what we have in common instead of what we don't. I guarantee people are a lot more alike then they realize. I worry about the world my grand children will have to navigate.

Can somebody explain to me the reason why the ghosts were attacking the villagers?
Yes! I was wondering if someone would ask this I was wondering as well. The fact that ghosts keeping saying "take me to the grave" was never really explained or used as a plot point. They just took all the corpses to the aunt that was about to die? In my opinion because the ground was frozen they weren't able to bury all the dead people that's why the dead people were in the barn and restless, they just wanted to be laid to rest. They wanted their bodies to be put into their graves. And that's why when the house like went underground or whatever I guess the bodies were finally laid to rest and that's why the ghosts left them alone. I don't understand why the spirits were at the next village unless it wasn't the specific experience of the dead people of that village. Instead that shadow was a demon that the judge's wife made a deal with. And the demon being in the village was what caused the corpses to be restless. And when those corpse are finally buried it's even went on to the next village and because the ground was frozen there too they had a bunch of bodies as well and started tormenting them
The lady explains tomas and anna that judge's wife made a deal with demons to save judge's life and then spirits never left. They only went away when judge died. So I guess its anna's aunt here who made some deal with ghosts, that is why tomas said that they will go away with her death. Marcsa somewhere tells tomas that there are more dead than alive in this village so it was a ghost village and ghosts were not liking the presence of humans there :p and as whitney says as the ground was frozen they were not able to bury them is also a strong reason.

I always thought it was supposed to be funny. A lot of recap channels use monotone voice filters that sound like text to speech and are written as if computer generated. Some creators pull it off better than others. I don't know. The audio quality in this one is definitely off compared to their previous uploads. I like this channel's recaps! Keep 'em coming!

@@recapsshorror maybe I just need to watch the movie, but basically the whole thing. I maybe missed why the shadows are there, or why the girl is floating and stuff. Idk, I’ll maybe have to rewatch the recap or the movie
Narration is good. You'll get better w/ practice. Mic is what it is. Not everyone can afford a fancy studio or fancy mic. It's not like we're paying for this, right? no one made me click and watch. Here's the things that ruins recaps for me: vocabulary. Using words incorrectly and or not knowing the meaning of the words being used. Like "decimate" does not mean to destroy completely. It only means to partially destroy. Snarky names for characters. Sometimes it's funny but it's not going to be funny for everyone. Lazy descriptions. You said he stopped at a "place". Is there a name for the "place"? Maybe "off the road" ? "Rest stop" ? or "he sets camp for a rest." If you put effort into it you will be head and shoulders above the other recaps.... So, good job, keep going, very much enjoyed etc
