U need to complain about the dwp case handler. And complain to your local mp. Your rights money and advocates have been deliberately taken away from you to remove your rights to this needed money
Yep. 6 month wait in the midlands. Better assessments though. More thorough though. I suppose the good. Impossible process for most folks. Hardly any contact. Call then at least once a week for best results. Don't let them forget you.
my assessment was quick and flawed breaching the equality public sector act indirect discrimination ,failure to make reasonable adjustment and capita has had 25 phone calls from me now refuses to investigate my case at all i am now having the nurse did not follow the pip assessors guide may 2016 i havent sorted it yet but i will be reassessed in less than twelve months cause my life long condition might change after 43 years or i might figure out how to adjust
I had a letter from them stating it could take up to 6 months for a decision to be made :(
