I'm actually behind with the episodes but this show is already among my most fave cdramas for 2021???? and I HAD to do something with its first 25? episodes xD haishi, fang jianming, zhuoying, zheliu, tilan and even xu all own my heart???? @@azelyaparlayan9011 Yes, I finished it, the ending is a mix of happy and sad. Some characters get a happy ending, some characters get a sad ending. I really liked this cdrama and the story so for me it was all worth it 🥰

I'm shook! This looks so aesthetic! The colouring and the soft overlays create a very smooth atmosphere.🥰 I love the colour contrast in the begining with the white and red/pink. 0:15 the cloak from the left one looks so cool 😍 I love the way u used the aesthetic shoots (0:08, 0:31, 1:21 etc.) to create... art. it's true art. from 1:21 to the end is my peronal favourite part. the inbetween parts with the mermaid gives it a very special kinda calm/fantasy vibe. the parallels with the weapons 1:28 forward is damn epic! 1:36, that shot, with the effect on that particular point in the song? - freakin cool! 1:55 these paralells in the way you cut it is sick! the combination of fightscenes in the following look like one smooth motion, i really like the way you cut it. great job, honey!

Wait, there are mermaids in this?
Yes, there are mermaids, but the focus is elsewhere (I haven't finished the show tho, they might have a larger part in the story later on) but yeah, there's magic in the show - for example two main characters have their lives connected - when one of them is hurt, the other is hurt instead 👀 and the storyline is so intriguing, I definitely recommend this show ❤
You actually only see one mermaid throughout the drama. There’s a bit of fantasy, but not crazily so. You should watch this drama.
