Great video Connor. Funny, right now I have a Ducati MIG-5 in my garage because my buddy is the North America Sales manager for Ducati and he let me have it for a while. It also is a bit on the noisy side, but it is a little playful being a mullet. That said, it is under braked big time using the Sram Codes. Let's face it, they're all fun.....it's just that I prefer my Ripmo. I will say that what I've come to the conclusion about etb's is they're great for recovery days. Cheers!
Thank you for this review 🥳🙏.. been testing it for a few weeks an just got my own ecc6 last week. You are so spot on with what i feel about it .. and i both love and hate the suspension .. its great for racing but would like some more pop for jumping .. but not done with suspension tuning yet .. 😅 Have you played around with the OTT adjustment ?? And they put tokens in the kit but the manuel says you cant put them in on the OTT fork??? 🥴
Next up I hope is the Propain Ekano 2 CF, not many battery swappable bikes out there for the travel trips with flights that I want to do in Peru, Spain and Italy. Think it's more my speed than the Relay as well.
As a moto-x guy, I like that familiar feel. I wonder how it compares to the Intense Tazer MX Carbon Pro as it was marketed directly to that moto-x crowd.
Hate that they killed those drops at the end of Bobsled.....one of the best finishing moves on any trail in the area. I drive home on 11th from work and was sad to see those fences go up.
I demoed this thing at a local, race. The automatic shifting and transmission is interesting together i can see it being useful after some getting used to. Id probably disable it if i owned one
@@kevinmanzo862 potentially. I’m also stubborn as hell and don’t like people telling me what to do (or my bike telling me what gear I should be in.) We could call it a personality conflict.
Help! ECC6 or MXC6? I preordered and it comes in 2 months. ride local loop keep wheels on the ground. I tested the ECC and motor seemed same as my 50NM SL. ECC was fun for smashing through stuff tho.
I haven't seen any sort of break down indicating there is any difference other than stickers and marketing. Just like the frame isn't made by KTM. Not saying I wouldn't love to have one, but I don't think it's anything special either.
i tested this bike for a few days and this review is absolutely spot on. Your a pro reviewer. Great work and thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Good review as always and seeing you ride all our local trails is always a nice bonus
Hey thanks. Glad you liked it!

What type of gas does it use?
It uses gas gas.

@@EricWildt-vl4fcthis really made me laugh
Gas gas gas
🤣
Great review! Thanks for covering all the bases.
Glad you liked it!
Demo’s the ecc6 last few days size is L/XL. It was big but I think I liked it not sure if should got M/L. I’m 5’10 🤷♀️
I'd have to think that at 5'10" the L/XL would be big.

We don't have access to Propain bikes. Unfortunately we wont be able to make it happen.
I would like to see a review on the MXC6, and how it compares to the ECC6
Love the branding on the frame!
Yeah looks nice.
I have about 400 miles on my ECC6 and just love the Autoshift
Different strokes for different folks I guess!

@@flintridgedesigninc.1351 have t ridden the intense. Wouldn’t be able to say.
Cool dude i like this review no BS ! straight to the point :)
Hey thanks!
Love GasGas dirt bikes, super cool to see them expanding into MTB as well
Definitely cool to see. And to see that they’re taking it seriously.
@@bikersedgethe taking seriously is the key. Yamaha let me down with their entry.

Same. RIP Frogger Drop
Such good videos always
Hey thanks!

It’s something I can’t get along with. Works great for other folks.
I bet it’s more for newer riders that haven’t been purists for so long doing their own shifting?

Haven’t ridden the mxc6. Can’t really say.
I know but based on the air shock, mullet. Curious if you’d have a preference.
Yeah I’d like to try one.
When are they available in USA? There will be a 250wh plug in range extender.
Bikes are trickling in now. Range extenders for Bosch are supposed to be available mid May.
@@bikersedge- you mean Brose
@@robbief1 sorry. Unfortunately no brose range extender as of right now.
Sram sells the 250wh range extender
@@Matt-ht8jx sorry team. Bit of a mess over here. Yes Sram has a range extender. Available but in somewhat limited quantities.
what type of pedals would you prefer on a bike like this? Brand etc thnks!
I’ve been rocking Time Especiale on all my bikes for a few years now.
Would u prefer the coil or air shock
I typically prefer air on most bikes.

@@bikersedgeoh yes saw your video comparing them thumbs 👍🏼 so good
as a park rat i always thought modern mtbs could use downtube armoring. cool to see this
It’s beefy armor too. The skid plate means business.
Does it have tubes?
So many tubes
so this is the bike equivalent of the Cannondale Moto? How did that work out?
Terror Ridge?
Correct
They went all in ebike on this one.
Sure did.
It's just WP branding. Manuals are exactly the same just red.
Not sure standard DVO uses cone valves though.
I haven't seen any sort of break down indicating there is any difference other than stickers and marketing. Just like the frame isn't made by KTM.
Not saying I wouldn't love to have one, but I don't think it's anything special either.
I won’t claim to know much about WP suspension. Just know that this DVO stuff has cone valves in it which is the collab component with WP.
Cool
👍
Only 2 years of warranty
Yeah not awesome. I wonder if gas gas will change their eMTB warranty to fall in line with industry standards.
Women ride ebikes. Men ride Yeti
Guess I’m both then….

Pretty sure they just Picked the frame and suspension layout out of a catalog in Taiwan along with husqvarna and Yamaha. Junk.
