Nope. That's meringue. You can fold it into waffle batter (fold NOT stir!!) for fluffy waffles, top pies with it (the meringue in Lemon Meringue pie), top custards with it. Use a propane torch to brown the tops for meringue topped brulees. it is a very versatile ingredient.
I had never thought of taking the egg white, whipping it into a meringue, then putting the unbroken yolk on top and frying it as a sunny side up or over easy egg though. That one I will have to try.
Meringue is also popular with food photographers as a "whipped cream" that is much easier to handle and looks better than the real thing in photos :)
Lime water preserved egg white whips up really easily. Using fresh eggs, add a little sugar to make it easier to form the meringue.

Must be a joke because popping corn is not the same as a cob of sweet corn that you would eat. It would have to be a cob of popping corn and unless you know someone that grows it I don't know where you would get that.
