The Night Before Halloween in WeHo - Costumes, Crowds & Traffic Jams

The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is cancelled this year, but this was Saturday (more like Sunday morning, a little past midnight) the night before Halloween on Santa Monica Boulevard. We got some some cool costumes, massive crowds and traffic jams.
