Aside from those, an overall great film.

Thanks for this video, mate. I followed your strategy and used your IM build. And after seeing this video, I made sure my IM reached Level 13 first before attempting to take down Hulk. Used only Ionizing A-Iso for my Level 2. Couldn't use Suppressing A-iso as I was Level 13, but hey, it worked out quite fine. Keep up the good work. ;)
Good alternate strategy. I've tried others and I've beaten Hulk 4x and lost 2x. I won on my first try using the bleed strategy, but had to respin 3 times to get Hulk's. After that I did the recharge strategy until Hulk is a Bruiser. But it hasn't been stopping on IM's on my last 3 wins and I will not do more respins only to watch it miss again. You sir have been very lucky with the roulette. They are definitely not made easier for everyone. Though I still have plenty of time left to whiff on at least 6 more roulettes.
Thanks for the tips! They really helped. I was able to defeat him without Hulk ever changing to bruiser. I just used lvl2 until IM changed out of Hulkbuster, then two hits with unibeam and Hulk was finished. Did not have to recharge once. I did get lucky and get the shield generated from the advanced shield algorithm 3 times.
I used the MK 43 re-pulsar ray to apply radiation then just recharged and hoped for the shield algorithm to kick in, not attacking the hulk while he's a tactician save you from giving a extra bonus attack.
Your Iron Man doesn't have to drop below 50%. Mine just barely didn't very early in the fight but Professor X showed up about the same time as he does in this video. So he must be on a timer. And thanks to Kingfisher's strat I had enough health and focus to beat Hulk one turn before the Professor would have turned him into a bruiser (without radiation exposure/ionizing but with suppressing iso).
My biggest issue is that my Iron Man doesn't have an extra slot for e-iso because he's not on level 13 yet. I should probably wait on the epic hulk battle, because when I tried the fight the first time, he obliterated me before I had a chance to do any action! Why they let the new Hulk alt receive multiple attacks is beyond me. You have sound advice but this battle seems way beyond my ability.
awesome video.i did it 2 times and got the hulk e-iso the second time.i hope that i can get the one for iron man the next time because this battle is a nightmare and the ultron bots give very little exp.
Hey Kingfisher I put in all the A-ISO's you recommenced (suppression, Ionizing) but they don't show up on my weapons slot I have them in the right slots, any ideas why this is?
Hey all! Most likely I was just very lucky, but I cleared this epic with a lvl 12 Iron Man. The Iso setup I used was reliant on health attack accuracy and defense. No stamina, since Hulkbuster mode attacks use no stamina. I socketed the ionizing a-iso to his level 2 Repulsor Blast. In battle, I literally only used Hulkbuster's level 2, and ended up finishing the battle, knocking out a 2000 HP Hulk with 4 radiation exposures out.
i try using digger missiles at the beggining cuz it aplies bleeding and if u put the ionizing it can help a lot i didn't have to wait the bruiser form so it was easy for me to beat hulk
so you're telling me if i unlock the Hulkbuster after completing the last spec ops 26 task , im not gonna own it unless i complete that task ? I have to defeat hulk first ?

I can't get the recovery e iso to function when I rest in the hulk hulk buster HB or the suppression A-iso is not working either hulk is making short work of me and I have Iron man maxed out
Is it me or is Hulk the ONLY hero in MAA who has THREE CUSTOM EISOS??? The other heroes have either none (e.g Kraven), one (e.g Cammi) or two (e.g. Cyclops) custom Eisos at max..
I beat him multiple times... I just fill him both suits with health and defense. Then i just spam level 2. Switch to blaster, to debuff him with level 2. Then soothing rest iso, then after switch back to bruiser spam level 2 until his debuffs go back to level 2 in blaster, rinse and repeat.
Level 13 ironman with soothing rest, but no tricky a-iso's to use (unless automated a-iso counts?!). i have to assume my best bet is the basic L2/rest tactic?
It's worth noting this is one of the very few times (second, maybe?) Hulk reverting to Banner is even mentioned as possible. Would be nice if Banner got a dialogue sprite one day...
I used a different strategy. On the first turn I switch to mk 43, and use lvl 2 to make him burn and bleed. Then recharge and repeat until he goes to bruiser. Suppression may be a better way to go, I didnt see as many big hits vs Iron Man. I think this is a luck based fight and Hulk can devastate you if he gets the right RNG.
don't think i have enough on me to get me tru this, roulette is being quite stingy this time around, lol in the mean time i finally got nova, just 3 more tasks for the main spec ops. hopefully i can muster enough u-iso to finsh everything. fingers crossed
When I did this fight i thought i made a great setup for being level 10 just raised his atk def and ac. But I relized that was bad. So still only being level 10 I put on the Reactive Durable Iso only which gave me health stam and def. And I did a lot better on the hulk. I beat this only at level 10 so im sure anyone can do it. Plus when I got the spin for the e-iso's I got iron man right off the bat then hit the respin and got hulks next.
Raviel It is possible. I honestly must have had amazing luck, because my Iron Man is lvl 9 and I beat this both times my first two tries. I didn't even realize until reading some threads and seeing this among other videos just what a challenge this was presenting people. I would never have said I had an easy time of it, but that orbital repair is a VERY significant heal. If you can get some timely dodges in there, it can work, but like The King said, you won't regret getting Iron Man to 13 (which you'll need to have him at to socket his fancy new ISO in his fancy new costume anyway)

I hate this battle, I've never failed it but I've also fought it a good 40 times up to this point. I have 6 of Iron Man's ISO and none of Hulk's ISO. Roulette loves me T.T

When tried to play it it wasn't on playdom but only on Facebook. So signed in with my Facebook a out and started again. Ellis Drysdale If I recall correctly for a while Playdom was transferring those saves over to FB when the cancelled it on their website. I would recommend contacting the directly and asking if you can still transfer it over.
The fight isn't to bad, it is just mostly long and boring. With waiting for hulk to change class and resting to regain health.I use digger missiles to give his burning and bleeding.Lucky on my first win i got hulk iso and on my second i got the iron man one.I am not a fan of hulk's being that he isn't a huge stamina heavy character.I wish it was regaining health but pd wants to ignore that hulk can regain health.
ahhh man , been trying for at least 120 iso ... its pretty hard even with rest and the shield luck and 3 round heal .... its pretty hard!! i cant beat it!! but im gonna still try
Lautaro Omar Lamalfa As far as I can tell (and I've face A LOT of Kuurth in practice pvp) his AoU costume's passive does make him immune to cower. While it doesn't unfortunately negate stuns altogether, it is a step in the right direction. I do agree with you as far as his ISO being lackluster. Stamina is rarely an issue for me in PVP on any character, so I can't see myself utilizing the 1 socket for that especially when he has a few other very good character specific ISO already.
Jason Gause try with the new AoU Hulk...you will see you kinda need it :P ...the E-iso and stamina all together :). When you hit 3 ...4 turns at a time you kinda blow stamina
How i hate such frustrating shit... tried it 6 times so far, in 5 of that battles IM dont triggered the shield even 1 damn time and Hulk does Rage Punch Crits up to 2,7k dmg so he takes me down to 30% HP with his first actions and he kills me with his first Rage Punch in the 2nd turn... Only at 1 try i got horrible low shield which was instantly crashed by another Rage Punch crit and he kills me in start of 3rd turn... dunno what i should do with a fckn lvl 14 IM, tried different ISO builds but nothing works for me so far. lets hope playdom will fix this shit...
Level 14 Iron Man, maxed out on iso, Recovering e-iso. Hulk got the first turn and one-shotted me with a Smash. Don't think that I did anything wrong, here, because I never got a chance to do anything at all. :(
Rafh Tzeenj Third attempt, I have just confirmed that Soothing Rest is not adding health when I use it, which I'd suspected during my second attempt. Conclusion, I'm not winning this one and should just content myself for having finished the main Spec Ops tasks.
Rafh Tzeenj I had the same issue. Make sure you are ISO your Blaster Iron Man not the Bruiser type. A tactic that worked for me was to load bleeding ISO on LVL 2 and keep recovering health.
***** Interestingly, the suppression iso doesn't work for me either. Not that I got more than one chance to use the attack, as I only got one turn. Maybe the designers decided that people had too easy of a time with it? Kind of like how a "bug" coincidentally disabled the Void Generator right before a Symbiote-themed spec op a while ago? ;) Really, I've aced every other battle, including the Hulk sim challenge, but I've no idea how to do this without healing and with Hulk seeing to get a new set of turns after Prof X appears. I'm really only sticking with this one to see if I *can* beat it, at all. I've stopped caring about the Hulk skin after all of these embarrassing defeats.

LightingbladeShen I think they wanted to emulate what happened on the movie. The Hulkbuster was no real threat for Hulk, Iron man was mostly annoying him. They should make you team up with Thor, who is one of the few that can beat him.

I get they need a challenge but when a Hulk gets neutralised he should lose his Hulk Up, works everywhere, xcept here. If they want to make it according to the movie (which I won't spoil) then this is in no way close to wht happened. Just saying that this could have been slightly tweeked down in difficulty, maybe. Instead of forcing people to buy stuff. This was suposed to be a free game. But Free to play equals pay to win, I supose. And to really go back on topic, it's still broken. ok. this is absurd, i spend 8x4gold ISO for health, defense and evasion green ISO (32 gold) and i STILL get killed off on hulk's first or 2nd turn. (yes i have L14hulk) HELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP! Also lost about 200UISO now! (20ISO x 10 battles) FUCKKK!

just change to the regular ironman and make him bleed, and apply radiation, keep recharging afterwards using the iso that recharges health

U still have plenty of time to train IM up to 13 before socketing the Recovering eiso on the AoU alt

SUPER EAASY WAY TO BEAT HULK:-
1) Put Ionizing A-Iso on Hulkbuster's Repulsor Blast
2) 5 shots from that and Tactician Mode Hulk dies.

I always ran out of iso-8s when trying out stuffs.
YujinXshadow Yeah, it can really drain your iso-8 reserves. I know it's annoying.
Worst part is after I visited all my friends for extras, and that's a wrap.
apart from 1st attempt won this fight every time. 4 runs, no respins, both E-Iso's job done. Right I'm off to Mission 3 to farm ....

Ellis Drysdale If I recall correctly for a while Playdom was transferring those saves over to FB when the cancelled it on their website. I would recommend contacting the directly and asking if you can still transfer it over.

The fight isn't to bad, it is just mostly long and boring. With waiting for hulk to change class and resting to regain health.I use digger missiles to give his burning and bleeding.Lucky on my first win i got hulk iso and on my second i got the iron man one.I am not a fan of hulk's being that he isn't a huge stamina heavy character.I wish it was regaining health but pd wants to ignore that hulk can regain health.
also, soothing rest didn't seem to heal me? Also, losing 5 times = 100 UISO gone! :(

ahhh man , been trying for at least 120 iso ... its pretty hard even with rest and the shield luck and 3 round heal .... its pretty hard!!

Hulk's E-iso is not bad, it's useful. But he is HULK, I would prefer an E-iso that gives him relentless. Besides, Hulk and “cower" doesn't match
Lautaro Omar Lamalfa As far as I can tell (and I've face A LOT of Kuurth in practice pvp) his AoU costume's passive does make him immune to cower. While it doesn't unfortunately negate stuns altogether, it is a step in the right direction. I do agree with you as far as his ISO being lackluster. Stamina is rarely an issue for me in PVP on any character, so I can't see myself utilizing the 1 socket for that especially when he has a few other very good character specific ISO already.
Jason Gause try with the new AoU Hulk...you will see you kinda need it :P ...the E-iso and stamina all together :). When you hit 3 ...4 turns at a time you kinda blow stamina
How i hate such frustrating shit...
tried it 6 times so far, in 5 of that battles IM dont triggered the shield even 1 damn time and Hulk does Rage Punch Crits up to 2,7k dmg so he takes me down to 30% HP with his first actions and he kills me with his first Rage Punch in the 2nd turn...
Only at 1 try i got horrible low shield which was instantly crashed by another Rage Punch crit and he kills me in start of 3rd turn...
dunno what i should do with a fckn lvl 14 IM, tried different ISO builds but nothing works for me so far. lets hope playdom will fix this shit...

Rafh Tzeenj Third attempt, I have just confirmed that Soothing Rest is not adding health when I use it, which I'd suspected during my second attempt. Conclusion, I'm not winning this one and should just content myself for having finished the main Spec Ops tasks.
Rafh Tzeenj I had the same issue. Make sure you are ISO your Blaster Iron Man not the Bruiser type.
A tactic that worked for me was to load bleeding ISO on LVL 2 and keep recovering health.

Maybe the designers decided that people had too easy of a time with it? Kind of like how a "bug" coincidentally disabled the Void Generator right before a Symbiote-themed spec op a while ago? ;)
Really, I've aced every other battle, including the Hulk sim challenge, but I've no idea how to do this without healing and with Hulk seeing to get a new set of turns after Prof X appears. I'm really only sticking with this one to see if I *can* beat it, at all. I've stopped caring about the Hulk skin after all of these embarrassing defeats.

LightingbladeShen I think they wanted to emulate what happened on the movie. The Hulkbuster was no real threat for Hulk, Iron man was mostly annoying him. They should make you team up with Thor, who is one of the few that can beat him.

But stay on topic, it's just not logical. I get they need a challenge but when a Hulk gets neutralised he should lose his Hulk Up, works everywhere, xcept here. If they want to make it according to the movie (which I won't spoil) then this is in no way close to wht happened.
Just saying that this could have been slightly tweeked down in difficulty, maybe. Instead of forcing people to buy stuff. This was suposed to be a free game. But Free to play equals pay to win, I supose.

ok. this is absurd, i spend 8x4gold ISO for health, defense and evasion green ISO (32 gold) and i STILL get killed off on hulk's first or 2nd turn. (yes i have L14hulk)
