- Take to the air over St Ives - Cornwall's most picturesque town. Filmed during the August heatwave this 4k video takes in the spectacular views over St Ives harbour and beaches.
Warning! This video may contain music... Afraid drones don't generally record sound so have chosen something inoffensive. I did manage to grab a few gull sounds from the day before though...

Very nicely done...but you missed out Clodgy and the scenic wonder of Five Points. Music was routine; well, dull actually... how about 'Vapours' by Hot Since 82? or 'Gallows Pole' by Led Zep....failing that, 'High Risk Insurance' by the Ramones'? St. Ives is life; let the music lift your superb video.
Thanks. I'll be doing a fair few more. Need to do a proper one of all the beaches and might do a walk from Porthmeor to Zennor - so that'd cover Clodgy and Five Points.
Would love to use better music too, but not allowed because of copyright issues - so I just use the free stuff...
@@cornwallguide I got that. I meant to say that your drone shots are super-stable and movement is gradual, the essence of good drone filming. Five Points can be fabulous on a storm day but beautiful in the right light. A reverse shot from the Fifth Point, Carn Naun, would be striking....and a great coastline walk!
