6KW Hybrid Solar system with SolarMax 6KW Inverter and LONGI solar panels | SolarMax Onyx PV9000
Here is the complete installation guide and tutorial about a 6kw hybrid solar system which we installed Air weapons complex Hassanabdal.
Hybrid solar systems are those system in which we can avail not only net metering facility by green meter but also got battery backup for emergency electrical loads in case of load shedding.
The grid tie solar inverter used in this system SolarMax Onyx 6kw sm dual pv 9000 which have 9000 watts pv capacity and 48v battery capacity.
Inverter is very powerful and have best built quality heat sinks are used for cooling and heat exhaust.
Customize I beam solar structure in which iron guarder and c channels are used for mounting the longi 545 watts solar panels, for backup phoenix power cube series tall tubular tx 1800 185AH batteries are used with this solar max 6000 watts solar inverter.
The electrical loads we can run on this setup is two air conditioners refrigerator 5 to 6 fans lighting loads electric iron and water motor etc.

Chint DDSU666 energy meter use RS485 protocol to communicate with inverter. Check The 2 data wires connected properly or use can also use RS485 to usb dongle to debug with laptop if the energy meter sending the data.
