In fact, if she had realy taken advantage of the bed in Yuto's room during the confession, Yuto would have had to choose her, if only to take responsibility for what had happened. *In conclusion*, Yuto is left with only one solution: Being seen hugging around the three girls. Surely the other boys will help him not arrive alive at the end of the day, thus freeing him from the need to choose
