Everyone talks about German and France being farmers, mate man City have won how many of the last 15? Its shite.
Man city haven't been relevant for the last 15. But give it a couple more years. Its gonna look like Germany and France
@@BackOfTheNetTalkrelevant in your head though, how many points have the titles been won by? 2, 1 or even goal difference compare that with Spain Germany and France where the points difference is sometimes double figures
When I said Chelsea falling off would effect world football...they laughed at me and called me a madman...
nobody cares about Chelsea , they didn't change world football at all, them having a horrid owner hasn't affected football at all.
This host is boring.
Pain
Wasn't boring when United were doing it in the 90s/00s 🤷
4 and now probably 5 of our titles have all come on the final day - just because you don't like the outcome doesn't mean it's not competitive
It wasn't boring because you still had teams dominate and make Man United struggle. Like I said in the video, you had Arsenal, Chelsea, Blackburn rovers, and in the late 2000s you had Man City, even Leicster
Who cares if its close if its the same result.
@@Not1DimensionalExactly, it's boring now.
The reasons the premier league has got boring (ish);
1. Man City have built a club that has the best manager, gets the best signings, youth academy - and they know how to win. Thus they win the league every year. Other teams such as Arsenal and Liverpool put up some fight, but it's never really in doubt.
2. The top 7 is fairly easy to predict.
3. Teams coming up have gotten poorer. It's often likely at least 2 of them will go down, so relegation battles have become less intense.
4. Tiki-taka, passing around at the back and not taking defensive risks has become the dominant play styles for most teams. It means that quite often, games are less exciting.
5) Less characters around now. Players have lost their individuality and managers don't like to promote it. Even the best players play in a similar style to each other.
6) Less hatred between teams. The big rivalries are not as big, and the day's of battles between arsenal v man utd, Liverpool man utd and fierce Manchester derby's have long gone. There are far less all out battles on the pitch than there used to be.
Love this comment 🤝
Typical Arsenal crybaby
Yet he cries with valid arguments, what argument does city have? 4 back to back trophies along with 115 back to back charges?
Nah it's every neutral fan too. Man City are dull and made football boring.
@@Mickyway maybe it's your team dull and boring that can't compete with City
@@cecilarthur3579 Charges that aren't proven yet.
@@kumarbhargabkalita6798 nope my team arent even in the prem but i used to enjoy the title race anyway. A team shouldn't walk every game every year like they do. Having an oil state buy your team always helps.
Arsenal have spent 700 mil under Arteta where is their PL and CL mofo ??
City have won 6 out of the last 7 years. Its boring
Ways that could change;
1) Their closest rivals make the final steps to be able to win it. Arsenal would need to sign a good striker, Liverpool are 3 or 4 players away from winning the league. So neither of these clubs will challenge for at least another season.
2) Other rich clubs, such as Chelsea and Newcastle might get it right and be able to challenge City with good signings. This could happen, but even if Chelsea or Newcastle's signings click, they're still about 2 or 3 years off challenging.
3) City might get found guilty of some of their financial charges and face big punishments. This could happen, but I think City will have the best legal team available and will simply drag out appeals, if they're found guilty. They would go multiple years without punishment, and more likely would eventually escape without any solid points deductions or relegation.
So nothing is really likely to change within the next year or two at least.
Honestly I majorily disagree, and yes, I am a Man City fan, but I can say either way the Premier League is the best league in the world and it is not nothing but boring. Yes, us footy fans have to be honest but tbh everything about the Prem is the best.
to be fair when I heard he was Arsenal fan suddenly I understand his whole point of view, without even watching the video
City dominates and the main reason is: Pep Guardiola
I get that. Pep is arguably the best manager of all time. But I don't think he would be dominating as much without a stacked squad
@@BackOfTheNetTalkStacked squad you say? City has the fewest squad number in the league with 22 players. It's not about quantity, in Man City it's about quality. And your club has spent more money than them over the last 5 years. That should tell you something
Prem is so boring like imagine watching teams get 90 points and not win the league that just shows how boring it is with the title race going to the last few weeks and while some teams crumble so go until the final lap it is definitely boring
Farmers league
Well not necessarily but based off of the season we just had in Europe, you do have a point
prepare for the next video...
season 24/25 start > man city don't look the same > arsenal fan ''we are winning the league'' > man city in the second part of the season start getting results and play good > OHHH PREMIER LEAGUE IS BORING CHEATERSSS VARRRR REFEREEES!!!
btw nothing will happend with the carges... so keep lying to yourself just like liverpool fans
THIS IS THE PEP GUARDIOLA ERA!!
Nothing has happened with the charges.....yet.... also I never said anything about VAR and Referees, because everyone, including Man City, gets screwed over by Var and refs. But you have to admit objectively. Having 115 charges of financial cheating is nit a good look for Man City or the Premier league
@@BackOfTheNetTalkYes you are correct but City have swept this league. I have seen this since 17/18 how do you win a league with 17 point differential and say its not a farmers league
@@Samuel-cr9mcThat was a nuts points margin that year.
It’s not boring City play the best football in the country and because other teams can’t reach that level it’s labelled boring. Well I remember watching Liverpool during the 80’s when the keeper could pick it up from a back pass and believe me they were well boring.
115 charges. Not proven. Sure City are probably guilty, but I bet if they tried to prosecute, the EPL would go bankrupt in legal fees before City would. HahahahAHAha. 🤣
these arsenal cry babies
Yea, ngl I am one.
Doesn't mean I don't have a point tho
@@BackOfTheNetTalk You are trying to say the league is boring? you started out saying the league isn't boring 4 different times. Also the fact that there hasn't been worthy competitors is just a ridiculous statement, you surely haven't missed the insane title races beetween liverpool and city? Some of the most insane and intense games ive watched. One year even streching for like a 13 win streak for both teams. Thats multiple months of intense and highstakes games.
Are you sure, YOU of all people can call yourself a neutral? You end the video with "Unwatchable as a neutral at some times".
Also the fact about outside investment being a problem... lets take chelsea, they did not make 600 million pound in shirtsales did they? Yet here you are letting them slide, it smells an awful lot like jealousy only going after the clubs with succes, that point being furthered by the fact your own arsenal team might have just thrown the title away at villa park.
So to conclude, no it does not really seem like you have a point. You moaned the whole video about 'It's boring when we know who will win the league in advance'. Yet here we are on the last gameweek without a winner. That does not seem boring to me.
Prem is boring?..go watch la liga..1 goal in 90 minutes.. except for madrid matches ofcourse..city games feel boring to some people (including me) coz they have 90% possession, but rest prem is more entertaining
Brain dead take
bro ngl i dont agree at all with some of the hate in the comments but i really dont agree with what you are saying, most years even this one, city are pushed to the last days by teams like Liverpool and arsenal. I just believe that if it was arsenal if the position of city nobody would be saying this, i just think people like to find any excuse to hate on city cus they are simply jealous.
Its boring
Cry cry thats all you can do
You right
As a Man City fans, EPL is not boring at all, instead it's in the best era right now.
That's coz you a City fan. The games and quality are awesome. It's just tiring seeing one team win all the time
No way is the prem boring. Yeah city have won 6 of the last 7(assuming they win now), however they've gone to the last matchday 4 of those. How many of the other leagues have managed that? We've just had a 3 way fight, Aston Villa, Newcastle in the UCL, Brighton in UEl, all over the last 2 years. Likes of Tottenham, Chelsea and united struggling to get European football. Not to mention the relegation fights. Saying its boring its false, especially considering the other top 5 leagues. Most goals scored by the whole league that was broken last year has been smashed this year. The best managers lured by mid table clubs from other leagues. This is factually the best era in the pl history. There has been more different winners in the last 10 years than had been the 20 years prior. How boring!
This sounds like a lot of crying. It's City's fault that your team isn't on the same level. Every season City win the Title usually in a diff way, play a diff style of football. I feel like 115 is used since you have nothing else. When United were spending a ridiculous amount before FPP was a thing, you were all cool with it. You should be thanking city for giving you guys players, staff, and making the league better because of it.
People commenting before they watch the video just sums up my generation 😂😂😂...watch the vid bruh
