After the second wear of the CMFT 2, I realized I like how they feel better than the original. Have been hunting this model down and have picked up 2 overseas models along with all the US releases. Sad to see the OG retired but I am happy that the AJ1 CMFT is still living strong
I got the first release of the cmft 2 Jordan 1's in the grey/black/red colorway and they were a GAME CHANGER for me.
They feel tight at first because of the neoprene, but they break in quick and boy are the amazing afterwards. Kinda hard to go back to wearing your standard J1's afterwards. Even the O.G highs and 85's just real cheap and stiff afterwards. People are SLEEPING on the cmft line and thats fine with me I am collecting them all at RETAIL
Seriously people are sleeping on these. Might as well collect all the colors now before people catch on
underrated shoes, plus they got really cool color ways that the og’s might not have

Agree with this video 100% I too, was a little disappointed with version 2~ the look, the cut, the comfort was all missing for me as well! They look amazing on feet though. Great video Bro👌🏾
I just received a brand new pair of mens Jordan Air 1 Air Zoom CMFT 2’s yesterday. They are awesome. They are very comfortable. I love em’ and plan to get another pair in a different colorway very soon.
Loved the original black/grey/red colorway of the 2 and just got another pair that were on sale. Fits me better in the toe box at TTS than most Jordan 1’s.
I bought these shoes today. The university blue colorway is really cute.

I don't know about these, i got plenty CMFT 1's ... but i haven't got a single pair of the CMFT 2's, the shape just changed too much and don't look appealing
The changes looked promising. I like a breathable, lightweight shoe. Unfortunate to hear about the decrease in comfort. Makes me wonder if a size 11W would've been more comfortable for you. 🤔

Comparison video for Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort is necessary. I have the J1 Zoom London and PSG and this info will help when I purchase upcoming J1 Zoom generations. TY!
I agree with you. Very detailed review. I have wide feet and I have all different versions of the shoes as well; Jordan 1 high, mid, low, got the Chinese new year zoom comfort2 and I definitely prefer my Air Jordan Zoom Comfort 1 (OG) versions. I watched your video just to see if there would be different models of the comfort 2 which might be slightly different but it seems like they are all a lot tighter now. I think if your foot is narrower you can get away with wearing the shoes more. The blue colour-way is great though. Keep up the good work
I noticed on the Nike app that the reviews for the women's version there are a ton of complaints about the width. The men's has not one complaint. They might just be tight because you got the w's

never had the original cmft zoom, but I did get the valentines CMFT2. the main thing that you and I both probably don't like is that stretch pocket where your foot goes in these. it could be less snug but I don't mind after I stand back up and walk out the door. I mean these really do feel like you can do some shit in em lol the way the shoe can flex and all that is nice. I actually really like the front lace flaps that you mentioned were tight, I think you gotta loosen those a lil bit because it's not the laces that are tight as much as it's that elastic pocket inside the shoe. as for all the breathability stuff you're pointing out, I live in Arizona. wait til the summer comes around. these will shine when that summer comes around. perforations in the insole, sides, more on the toe, big ankle cutouts and perforated tongue... these are probably gonna be real sweet when that heat comes around and our feet need to breathe.

Interesting changes. It seems, as you stated, they decided to; make this option more like the OG J1s (Why?), create a contemporary performance version of the J1 (Why?).
It looks good excluding what they did with the inner collar. Those cutouts hurt the aesthetics for my details-focused eyes.

Imo the new ones are the most faithful to the original PEs Jordan wore (they were mids). Materials are different otherwise the cut/ tooling and height of the shoe are all really similar.

Narrow to you, because you compare woman version vs. zoom air comfort 1 men. Try the zoom air comfort 2 men's version.
Question: Could you soleswap a Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT with a regular Jordan 1 high?
To me Jordan 1s are comfortable. I would suggest wearing cushioned socks (Stance).
These are a cool color way I might pick these up if I can find them for $100 or less.

My girlfriend loves the OG Zoom CMFT and I just got her those today because I found one below retail 😂 I think we're fine with the OG one.
I can comfortably workout with them. So soft! ❤
I appreciate they made them more breathable, sucks it isn't as comfy as the OG Zoom CMFT 1's. I'm still waiting for them to release a low version of these don't care what version.
How worse off are these CMFT2 compared to the 1st version? Thought the Formula23 is gonna improve comfort by a lot.

@@Carmen-mu9gk these are more comfy, if you watch literally any other review...try WearTesters they go in-depth on differences and these win. I was skeptical of the 2’s but I’m glad I went for it (a size up).

I own the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Stadium Green, which is the OG CMFT or the old design, and not only is the colorway solid but the design is perfect to me, never felt it needed a change and comfort wise they are truly beggars believe. However neither do I like the design nor look of the CMFT 2 especially those ugly inner-side holes, and the weird looking outsole.
Why don't you break them in first?
