It's the only thing watchable in their women's division. They should do Harley Cameron and Saraya as lesbians and utilize TV 14 to the maximum. Now that'd be worth watching 😉

I quite like both these ladies. But the No.1 issue with AEW is they don’t care about heels and faces. They’re all just ‘wrestlers’. Not going to increase viewership that way

About Saraya, if a wrestler in AEW has steam, Tony Khan uses all that steam to completion and that wrestler stops doing anything of relevance.

Tony only has 1 idea for each wrestler he brings in - like Saraya, like Edge and now Sasha. Then rather than build and get mileage out of it he blows his load then has no further ideas. Edge v Christian being the perfect example. Should have been a 6 - 12 month blood feud except Tony books it for the next ppv and has it all dead within a few weeks.
Meanwhile, the wrestlers themselves don't give a fuck because they get paid regardless! I don't know what Saraya earns in AEW of course, i've seen it reported as around $300k or so, but she's almost 32, she's had a major neck injury, has barely wrestled in years, so I don't see her giving a single solitary flying fuck whether she wrestles, valets, sits in catering or sits on her ass at home - this is a solid pay check, and I feel like it's the same throughout the entire AEW roster.... it's basically the dying days of WCW where everyone was on guaranteed contract way higher than they should have been on and they were all, at best, phoning it in and half assing it
AEW struggling real bad now with the WBD deal being constantly delayed.

I wonder how much Mina is getting paid to do all these cameos whilst flying back and forth like Ospreay, and Japan is a hell of a lot more hours in the air. She does a Stardom show, flies to the AEW show, and then she goes back to Stardom like nothing happened.
It makes sense with how much Yen has gotten weaker over the past year or so. She's not doing much anyway, as it seems Thekla is more likely to be feuding with Tam or Poi than Mina.

I think the women's division is a little better with Mercedes's writer, Pepperman. Rather than just having a random girls match each week, it seems to be more focused on progressing the stories of the girls that are in the main rivalries. No it isn't the RAW or Smackdown women's division by any stretch, but it's much more coherent.

It's Tiffany Stratton From Wish vs Tiffany Stratton from Temu. In a who is the bigger bimbo match. While the Local Room Bicycle Saraya is at the ring side getting heckled by a bunch of trolls in the audience. But wait there is more, we once again tease HLA between Mariah and Mina because that is the only way they can pop a rating.
Harley looks better in the ring than Maxine.
It was such a horrible match that NONE of us fast forwarded & actually watched the picture-in-picture without being distracted by the ads.
Im a big fan of Mina Shirakawa she has such a big personality, can speak pretty good English and is good in the ring. I always disliked how she was type casted in the sexy girl role (which she can pull of especially with her modeling background) in Stardom. The thing with how shes being presented in AEW is if you didnt watch Stardom like end of 2022 and in 2023 you have ZERO idea of the history/story with Mina and Mariah. With Club Venus the story in which Mina turned on Cosmic Angels and joined the gaijins was done really well imo.

Along with NXT. Also Trips needs to keep a watch on having too many Create-A-Wrestler NXT UK on the main roster (Catch Republic) and stop showing Damage Control entering the arena following every big segment.
Mariah and Mina are only involved together because of their history in Stardom. They were in a faction together called Club Venus and better yet in Stardom they were a tag team called Rose Gold before Mariah left for AEW
I feel like AEW introduced both like the average fan knew about them when in reality over 90% have never watched whatever stardom is let alone know the back story. Both have impressed me so far but AEW assuming most viewers follow anything from Japan is absurd.
@@Deans-jm3uf yeah. Definitely one of AEW's biggest problems. And to add onto it. It's messed up Japan's side of wrestling. Their Gaijin invaders has (to me at least) made NJPW unwatchable and I can already see something similar happening in Stardom when Willow defends against Tam. Thank god I switched to Marigold & CyberFight the moment I could.

Harley Cameron impressed me in this & I'm hard to impress. Mariah May was always decently good in Stardom.
Saraya just admitted recently that the only reason she joined AEW was to get her brother's foot in the door as he'd been trying to get a job in AEW.. Saraya might as well go to, personally, leaking more of her home videos as she's nothing nowadays & it was just several years ago she was rapidly approaching early legend status as an in ring worker... 🤔
Harley goes from "Rapping Classes" feuding with Max Caster and failing to flirt with Bowens, to cosplay lesbian angles.
So Bowens rejecting her has turned her lesbian. That's the takeaway.
Oh, guys, forgot to talk about how mino miss her que to come out because they showed the entrance ramp and no one came out then went back to the ring😂🤣😂🤣and I agree with Jim that kissing angle is dumb 💩💩

Sexy Star and...was it Jennifer Blake? Whoever it was "dancing" with her in the ring for that AAA event is why I don't hold Koruken Hall in any esteem anymore. One of my favorite woman wrestlers ever is a professional dancer, does PR&Show on the television, but there's a time and place, and in the ring during a match is rarely it.
I still think Saraya probably shouldn't be in the ring and that's why they have her doing this stuff.

She probably hasn’t been cleared for a while, the doctor (AEW doctor) most likely told her she wasn’t cleared to wrestle but Tony got wind of that and decided to have her “wrestle” anyway so he can get some usage out of her until he finds replacements to take her spot and now that he’s found replacements Paige can be used as a valet

It so sad that if you never saw Stardom and see this, you'll never know exactly what TF is going on. I personally watch Stardom and it a big part of Mariah and mina but aew should never do this without a history video or show Stardom footage every single time Mariah is on camera to keep reminding people about her history with Mina. This is even burying mina because she 1 of Stardom top talent but no knows her here and aew is, welp if you dont know too bad, we know their story and ppl who dont, well tough luck look it up.
