My massage chair hurts too, lol. After 15 minutes, it works it out and stops hurting. At first, though, OUCH 😂

Big Rich. If I can make a suggestion for your cough. Tumic powder 1 teaspoon in your coffee every day. Maybe two teaspoon. Then get Mullein drops liquid. Organic Amazon. I don't know the name but yellow and white box. Also Osha Root drops. I love seeing the OFR during the warm months. It's just such a cool looking place to hang out at .

Four cough.
Pour half of a glass of boiling water over 10 cloves in the evening and drink the water on empty stomach first thing in the morning. You can repeat with the same cloves 2-3 more times during the day. Do it for 5 days or more.

With the plants moved outside and seeing the flat rocks scattered around the pool perimeter that serve no purpose and are a barefoot tripping Hazzard.
Take all those rocks and build an underwater rock reef in the shallow end if the pool.
maximize the path, cave hiding places for the African chiclids
Giving them a natural habitat to survive with all the predictors in the pool pond.
Utilize the rocks that are otherwise just taking up space and clutter.
