Instead of resisting the thoughts, try going deeper. Where in the body is this coming from, what images comes up? What feeling emotion does this person create in you (beyond resistance). Pile 3, yeah I got toxic in my reaction to the treatment she gave me. The whole situation was obscene. I just hope that she can look at her behaviors honestly and grow from this. Other men would have reacted with physical violence. I am just grateful that I had a strong support system and inner strength to help get me out of there and away so healing could begin for me and the children. I know she knows what she did was very hurtful and demolished the love and respect I had for her. Thanks for the reading, it helped me let go a little more.
