Since some people don't really have pale eyebrows, I'd suggest to first use a glue stick to brush them down, then powder it, put foundation over it, and then powder it again. It should block out your eyebrows almost entirely!

The clowns themselves have been shot for dressing up. The whole thing is causing violence. In my town some dressed up and went to our state hospital and chased around the mental patients. This is a fact not something made up for social media. There are more cases than just the few I stated.
even if they didn't kill anyone where i live, not far from our school a guy from our school got stabbed so please verify your sources and dont assume everything is just social media, (its good to be skeptical about the web) but you need more than once source to prove your point
