Summary of the day: you responded to a call about a leprechaun that got into a bar fight, after being over-served alcohol: while underage. He became intoxicated in public and randomly showed up at some house party, where everyone was playing music too loud. That incapacitated him, so he fell off the 2nd story balcony and landed on some rocks. The medics were called and transported him to the hospital, while you talked to him about medical amnesty.

Rifle mount needs adjusted. Cuff should be around the forward rail. Not the barrel where it can't hold it in.

how many calls is a patrol officer dispatched to on an average night? and what do you do in between calls?

They check people’s speeds and such.
depends on the size of your patrol area and population, but an average town officer will get most likely 5-15 calls per shift. City cops probably get a lot more, no day is the same so some days you might only get like 5 calls then the next day you get overloaded with like, 30 who knows.
edit: on top of calls you may also notice stuff while patrolling such as fights, traffic violations and distressed persons

That’s a typical night for most Police Departments..so be advised those who watch COPS and think there’s a car chase of a shootout every other ten minutes...it’s not like that at all.

I have experience falling off the second floor balcony on St. Patricks day, alcohol on board of course, but I was ok just 7 staples in the back of my head. Got lucky no broken neck or anything, don't drink and play around on the balcony, on any day lol.

*12:01* but what about officer's can meet them at the hospital then do a alcohol test on blood work. Then give tickets or warnings. Like that happened in 2018 I think a officer used aggressive force on nurse to show him the test result. & the person was unconscious. & the nurse said sorry that would be agaisnt our policy...

From what I've been told not all departments do that kind of stuff but personally I'd just guess with the type of situation and the clear line of sight in all directions they had no reason to
Because A) Sometimes, text book is forgotten B) There was noone entering the intersection C) If there was someone approaching, they would have been able to see the cruiser because if I see it right, there is no buildings or anything to block the view
