Aaah! There it is! Happy flights with your new wing! Awesome new spot you tried first! If Corona ever will slow down a little, I have to explore portugal with my friends!
Thanks for the video and the nice summer weather. Loved the Swift5 did my PR with a demo wing last year. When it comes to climb its a weapon. With colapses and manuvers it is very mellow. Super stable and efficient on Speed, the Handling / dynamics are nice but were a bit more pronounced and punchier on the 4 (which I still fly). For sure a great wing. Cheers and happy landings
Hey Andre, that´s really funny. I just did exactly the same. I´ve flown the GEO5 for the last three years, and I just ordered the SWIFT5, hoping to get it in the next month. So I really appreciated your video, to get a nice idea, what I can expect. I´m also looking forward to your next one, after a few hours in the air. Thanks a lot. Cheers, Robby
Gid Mun Andre you opening that wing was like watching a jeweller viewing a cluster of diamonds, Jem envy excuse the punn. I've had a swift 4 lite for two and half years the step up was a good thing i became even more inspired, With various trips and 2 SIV-ees later a retrim was well over due. Now in my thoughts on the soft links the abrasive abrasioness on lines if that's a word, in general is quite high only my observasion. From flying an old generation type wing the swift 4 was a joy i had all but given up on paragliding. I have since put small carabiniers on during the retrim by J S. Injoy the swift 5 keep us posted Jed
Congratulations on the new wing. There's definitely a difference between a low and a high B. I'm sure you will have amazing flights with the Swift. Ozone build's amazing wings.
Hi ! I stayed on my '' fain '' ......a bit more than standard flight on soaring would be appreciated.I 'm waiting for that wing expected next week at home after 6 weeks awaiting.
I just picked up a used rush 4, and I like it. I'd love to have a swift for hike and fly, but the stuff I fly off of is so rough I'm afraid it would just tear so easily. The ASMR cracked me up.
Really nice Andre, I wish you both many many safe flights! We are not allowed to fly yet in the site flight I live near by in Brazil.. hope this goes away soon.. take care you two
We have 2 Rush 5 (S and MS) in our club. On the ground, collapses like at 6:55 are very common and they are about that size all the time. Smaller ones are rarer. Can you please check if I am true about that? I never saw similar behavior at even higher class wings. (I have ground handled and flew a lot with Carrera+, Sigma 8, Cayenne 4.) I only saw that on Zeno's and Enzo's. I think it is due to a similar ear design to Zeno. I think you also realized that it rises very slowly and hardly. Although it is a lightweight wing, it doesn't want to come up until it really fills at your head, after that point, it shoots forward. (Like at 9:50) Very weird behavior. Can you also try back fly on the ground, I wasn't able to back fly it on the ground. It just turns into a reverse horseshoe.
the game is beginning to be more seriuos... parabéns meu amigo um belo projeto para voar... o que achou da inercia da vela em relação a uma vela normal?
There’s less inertia for sure and because of that the wing gitters around a bit more, but I’ve been flying light wings for a little while so I’m used to it
@@AndreBandarra1 The line winds up without the swivels and causes Knots (Tension knots) if the pilot doesn't see this when taking off the wing diverts the way of the tension. Swivels are a minor price to pay for your life.
Hey, nice edit, thank you. question: I'm on buzz z5 last 3 years.. thinking about a rush5 or Swift5. I could be wrong, but the lightweight version swift5 only saves about 2 kilos I think? Do you think the lighter weight versions of these wings hold up as well or as long when it come to porosity and fabric wear and tear?
Hey mike, I personally really like it, and no in general the lightweight versions don’t hold up to as much abuse, especially if you fly somewhere arid like Colorado.
Our training has started in Ukraine anyway🙂 We have very limited acceptations to low flying in western region of our country. It is very close to Poland. Yesterday I had my first fly from 50 meters high mountain) That is unbelievable feel and cool impressions. I was flying on Scooter-1 from Sky Country Paragliders. @@airgaborpara3824 I understand what you're saying, but still it is subjective. There is a case to be made on how no one regarless of piloting skill should fly any wing other than an EN-A. Why should we compromise on less and less safety as we go up the letters?
I know this is 2 years old but i thought id mention. Andre literally makes videos to try and help the rest of us stay safe. He is clearly converned with our safety and his own. He flys a lightweight harness in the start of the video where the wind in light and no other pilots. Then later on with more pilots+ stronger winds+ slightly thermic conditions he uses a harness with protection. Point being he is clearly making safely considerations and is actively thinking about his decision
(Honest question, not trying to be a dick) but what did you switch over to a high B over a low B. Have you learned everything perfect on the geo yet? Can you perfectly stall it, do wingovers, etc. on the geo yet?
Good question Idan. I’ve been flying high Bs for a 4-5 years now and some Siv etc on it. A mistake at the office was the reason that I went back down to a low B with the Geo which I didn’t mind
I know nothing about this activity, but are clearly a master. You make it looks so easy and graceful!
Simply beautiful this wing
Looks like a beautiful wing Andre 👊🏻
It sure does! I've flown the swift 4 for years and would love an upgrade 🤔

I guess Im quite off topic but do anybody know a good site to watch new series online?
@Matteo Brayden flixportal :P
@Anderson Branson thank you, I went there and it seems like a nice service :D I appreciate it!!
@Matteo Brayden No problem :D
You make GH look effortless 👍👌
As always, very good video ! That new crispy crispy wing looks awesome too ! I wish you both long and good flights !
Merci Nathan!

Nice glider..................congrats! 9:33 "Uturn Vision" sighting!!
The pilot will make an appearance on next week's video too. Being a ppg guy I think you'll like him Ripman :D

LOL, I was thinking the very same thing! Great minds, right? :D (>*

I flew at Mam Tor, Derbyshire and Shining Tor, Cheshire from 1988 to 1994. There were only about a dozen UK pilots in 1988 (I knew them all) !

Puedo iniciar con esta ala?
yyeeeah that paraglider therapy is actually really nice! hah :D
Wish ozone would start getting the swivels on the toggle so it doesn’t wind up in flight .
I've flown wings with them and I'm not a huge fan to be honest. The only ever brake failure I had in flight was to do with one of those guys.
@@AndreBandarra1 I have personally seen 3 where it has had dangerous affects on the person flying and in one case could of killed them.

Why do you fly Andre without proper protection? Nice wing.
Proper is a bit subjective :)
