This is like when you smell something and it takes you back to a very fuzzy part of your childhood that you only vaguely remember.
It’s pretty common.
Really hot asphalt brings me right back to the playground at my old elementary school. Then i remember the coldest drinking fountain i ever found.. the hallway it was in never had the lights on, and the sun came from the shady side of the building so it was always just cozy and kind of blue. All long gone now

when I listen to this song, it makes me think of people staying in a cold... solitary environment... yet a safe place away from whatever lurks outside.
Like a cold and somehwhat cramped stronghold sheltering its citizens from threats outside.
It sounds like music when you wake up, mom is visiting her friend , sister is in school and dad is at work , you're home alone

I may be going into deep detail here, but this is easily my favorite track on the album. It gives a 'greeting' feeling while at the same time giving a feeling of mystery.

Same here. Something about the opening of the track reminds me of something, but when I try to pinpoint whatever it is, it's just nostalgia for something that never even existed.

This music feels like walking on a huge abandoned mall. One of your buddies decide to turn the speaker system on since it is miraculously still working and this plays. Looking at half-brands, if they aren't worn out to the point where you can't read it at all... looking at the ceiling falling over... looking at the lights blinking as they do their max to not burn out... the feeling of being lost in time since there is no window or way for the sky to reach where you are...

the first time i ever heard this song, the very first second into it, it was like a fuckin wave of like warmth and dread and nostalgia and something like God This Is All I've Ever Wanted. it actually scared me a little and i was pretty shaken up by it for abt 20 minutes like some kind of neuron activation. 10/10 fav song on the album gave me an existential crisis thank you pilotredsun

I get this sort of feeling of memories, I don’t know how to explain it but it’s calming and just memories from when I was younger coming back, wow. I’m a kid but this is just, loving memories coming back a long time ago.

There is this fishing spot me and my dad go to sometimes. It is a very secluded patch of forest next to a creek. It is really pretty and calm out there, but it being secluded and not having seen anyone else there makes me sort of creeped out by it and sort of uneasy. Like we could get murdered there and no one would know. This song gives me the same sort of vibes. Like a feeling of calm and uneasiness at the same time.

Strange enough, people are talking about the music being unsettling somehow. But for me, the music is actually so relaxing, that listening to it can negate some of my anxiety while I listen to it. It's like standing on top of a mountain, and looking out at the other mountains, wondering which one has a better view, and going to the next one after.

Very nostalgicand reminds me of waking up in an old 2000's video game with uncertainty and mystery as the world around your player has changed and you're forced to do nothing more than to explore the odd changes of you new environment for better or for worse. Thats what this song says to me.

I picture a montage of someone moving to a different state, and just enjoying it. Also pilotredsun should release this on Amazon music, or iTunes or something.

PRS have his songs on Spotify. But the issue is that they all are greyed out. I read on his subreddit that one day, he just left Spotify and so did his work with him. Hope he returns someday.
