রাজধানীর ধোলাইখালে ৫০ বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে গড়ে উঠেছে টায়ারপট্টি। মেরামতের পর এখানে তুলনামূলক কম টাকায় বিক্রি হয় পুরানো টায়ার। আকর্ষণীয় বিষয় হচ্ছে, যেসব টায়ার বাতিল হয়ে যায় সেগুলো কেটে এর বিভিন্ন উপাদান বিক্রি করা হয় এই পট্টিতে। যা দিয়ে তৈরি করা যায় দুইশোর বেশি পণ্য। পরিশ্রমের কাজ বলে যারা টায়ার কাটেন তারা এখানে পরিচিত টায়ারম্যান নামে।
