I dont think the game really intended to have happy endings or leave us satisfied. I know it feels frustrating and like a waste of time sometimes playing when you end up doing things for nothing or whatever but i think thats the purpose, its realistic. Like think about all the things we do that feels like they were for nothing on the daily basis like when you break up from a relationship, or get in college only to drop out later, we dont live always progressing, sometimes we repeat mistakes, and take steps back. The point is that its not very linear. The game is supposed to make you feel empty at the end because its trying to make the point that revenge and the cycle of violence is a waste of time and Ellies obsession with it is an obvious example, like she literally did all that to lose everything, she cant even play guitar anymore which is one of the things that connected her to joel.
@@lana5238 true they had a very closed minded take on the game lunar especially Which is odd considering the first game did this exact same thing with their story but everyone praises it lol
The people on the radio were actually Fireflies. It’s just a coincidence that the Rattlers were at the house when Abby and Lev left. Once you finish the game, the menu screen shows Abby and Lev’s boat in Catalina Island, where the Fireflies are.
Isn’t it ironic how if Ellie were to accept Joel’s death and let karma do its thing and Abby would be dead. Instead she set out to kill her and ended up being her savior. Also, neither Abby nor Ellie understand the REAL reason each of them are mad. Ellie think it’s because Joel took away the fireflies chance of a cure when it’s really because Joel took Abby’s father and Abby thinks ellie and her crew are after her because she killed their leader but it’s actually because Abby killed Ellie’s “Father” a simple deep breath and conversation could have prevented a lot of further hurt for both parties.
Considering Abby found out Ellie is the immune girl; I think she pieced together that Joel was basically Ellie's father figure or someone extremely close to her. I mean Abby knows that Ellie is the girl that Joel gave up the cure for to save. Ellie doesn't know the true reason Abby killed Joel, but Abby seems to know Ellie's reasoning
Fr they acting like abby knew she was bouta die or something If this is the case then saving henry and sam during the sniping mission was also a waste of time
Not proven but this is just a theory I have. The revenge that ellie wants heavily stems from not only joel being killed but the fact she treated him like complete shit leading up to his death. Throughout game 2 their relationship was never the same. She dismissed him, was cold with him, lashed out on him every time he showed her care and love. She feels guilty for taking his presence and love for her for granted because he saved her in game 1. Taking revenge against abby is her trying to prove he actually meant something to her because she didn’t act like it when he was still around. It was honestly sad to see how she treated him after they returned from the hospital. Anyways great play through, I loved this series and am ready for the next one
What ending where you expecting? Two broken people pushed themselves to their limits and lost everything in the process. The only good that can come of that is the solace that, in the end, they reached a place where they can start to heal. Abby started that journey earlier than Ellie, but both have made some kind of peace with their choices and can both move on from here. That's the best you're gonna get in a world like TLOU.
Well, I bet they see it as… Watching an innocent and lovable girl, who we love for her humor and resilience towards the cruel environment around her, getting her innocence stripped from her and losing all the cool characters for a relatively on the nose and simplistic message we’ve seen done to death. I get what the game is going for, but compared to the first game, it feels so insanely dark. We know vengeance isn’t always good, not everything works out, the world is cruel, etc. the first game showed some of that stuff too, but it ended with our two main characters alive and at least somewhat happy. With a rather optimistic road ahead. Of course Joel was gonna die but to leave Ellie like this is just a punch to the gut after people played the game expecting to see their favorite smart mouthed kid return to kick some infected and human ass for something.
I think the fellas are missing a lot of the nuance to this story. The themes of grief, guilt and the cyclical nature of revenge were all throughout this game. The parallels between Abby and Ellie were so strong they were damn near the same person. I love that this series doesn’t fall into the same common tropes of most other games.
It’s always funny seeing The Last of us Two fans thinking, “Revenge is bad because it creates more tragedy and someone else wanting revenge,” is a groundbreaking trope and not just a common theme in revenge stories. Just because this is your first time being hit over the head with the idea doesn’t mean it’s a new idea. In fact most people see it as cliched.
@@williamhardee8863 A common theme done extremely well is a different story though. Most media boils down to the simple concept of a hero’s journey, but that doesn’t mean you can’t innovate and bring new ideas to the table like The Matrix did. I think TLOU2 did a fantastic job with showing alternate perspectives and exploring grief more so than revenge.
@@keemg10 All I’ll say is, there are tons of stories where the classic hero’s Journey is subverted by finding out the hero’s goal isn’t as virtuous as it first seemed. Post-modernist love this kinda subversive storytelling, and they’ve been making a ton of that for the last decade at this point. It ain’t fresh anymore, it’s becoming the new overdone cliche.
@@keemg10 Tbh stories like that aren’t even the problem, it’s the fact that people act like that storytelling is superior, and should be the new standard.
@@williamhardee8863 If millions of people like it, then it's a good story. You're talking like one of those pretentious critics that think normal people's opinions are invalid just because they've been to more restaurants or art galleries than them. Doesn't matter how overdone you think the trope is, it's still unique and done very well, and the storyline is deep and thought-provoking for most regular people that have 9-5 jobs and don't have the time to watch every single revenge-themed movie ever made. People with your mindset are so confusing to me, "I am not impressed so I'm gonna tell everyone else that they are wrong to be impressed too", like bro just let people live their lives and enjoy what they want.
This game tries to show it's players that Joel and ellie were not heroes. Joel killed a bunch of people who were trying to cure the world. Abby kills him for her father and the whole world and spares ellie even though she could have killed her, not one but THREE TIMES! And even though ellie killed Mel and Owen abby still has the wherewithal to not kill Dina and ellie again. Then ellie abandons Dina with her child, just like she abandoned her when she was pregnant to kill abby and threatens a child's life to force abby into fighting her. The fact that you got so many people rooting for ellie and hating abby just exposes peoples ignorance, narrow mindedness, biasism and/or twisted view of morality. It's a God dang shame.
8:45 yall it is admittedly kinda longed out but it’s the reality and futility of war, yara dying so insignificantly just goes to show how pointless all ts is, and emphasises owens (and now abbys) pov on all this fighting over land etc.
I dislike their whole “L story writing thing” but I’d definitely be pissed if I had to already be forced as the random chick who packed up my favorite character in an anticlimactic way that didn’t really feel deserved… just to work my ass off to save some chick who dies like that. Like if anything, Joel cutting down a bullet sponge boss with a machete, having stern and harsh talks about how cruel the world is and how Ellie has to just move on, along with how he immediately squares up to people calling out Ellie for just being with her girlfriend and kissing shows the opposite of Jackson making him soft. It’s never said or shown and yet that’s all people really got to explain why he dies so quickly and in such a cheap way. Evidence points to the opposite, and so we gotta sit and watch this chick do her thing for hours just to watch all our hard work vanish just like that.
@@sunscreeneater5937 it sucks that you put all that effort into saving her and she dies anyway but that’s the point, random and out of the blue deaths are like that are again the product of all this war. joel is sure macho ab that but he’s literally just being a protective dad, him caring to that extent literally supports the fact that he’s softened up too, when he was an emotionless wreck in the first game he didn’t care about anything whatsoever. him saving abby at the beginning at all is very potent of the fact too. and joel dying like that was merely a ramification of his actions, it was harsh and unpleasant yes but not everyone, especially ppl like him who have done the things he’s done, gets a majestic, poetic send off in this world.
This was a great series but man, you both don't see the deeper message of the game. Y'all always saying that you're only playing LoU for the story, but not even understanding the story. L take review on the ending. Also L take on 8:45, if y'all think saving yara dying was a waste of time, then like the other commenter said, the whole sam and henry part was a whole waste of time too. Y'all are missing the whole point of the story and it's really a big L take.
Lowkey yea there's a lot more to this game then they realize, but at the same time it took me multiple playthroughs to get EVERYTHING from the game. And it prolly took u more time too. I just appreciate that they finished and gave an actual insight instead of half the dumbasses out there who didnt
Another subtexual element about Ellie's decision to hunt down Abby one final time that i think many people overlook is that Ellie is probably suicidal. Part of her trauma is that Joel took her righteous death away, and now she lives with no purpose. That haunts her even after she has a "happy ending" at the farm. When she leaves Dina, she isnit losing her.. Ellie believes she's already lost it all. And pointlessly hunting Abby is all she has left. Ellie hopes to die by Abby's hands, both to pay back Abby for what she has done to her friends, and to release herself from life. Ellie never left to kill Abby, she left to die. But Abby denied Ellie her death, so Ellie lets her go in the end because fate had decided she would live, just as it had when she was bitten at 14.
Why is Ellie expected to give up though? Abby got what she wanted, she offed Joel, I don't care that it didn't make her feel better, she still did it. Why is it wrong for Ellie to not give up till she gets Abby? People out here acting like Ellie's the bad guy for doing the EXACT SAME THING AS Abby. I understand being upset at the consequences of her trying to get revenge, but I never once blamed Ellie for wanting revenge. Not being able to let it go doesn't make you a bad person, like tf y'all on?
@@lakewoodln1060 Ellie's taken more from Abby than Abby has from her. Abby killed the man who killed her father who also sacrificed the entire human race at the same time because he got too attached to a girl that wasnt even really his, and Ellie killed Abby's friends for realistically no reason. Abby even spared Ellie and everyone else bc they didnt do anything to her, then Ellie decided to spin back just to get bodied again and once again was shown mercy. Ellie lost Joel, Abby lost her dad, Mel, Owen and was about to lose Lev. If the game didnt create a bias for Joel, it'd be easier to understand that hes deadass just a terrorist
@@tmm4195 because Joel was actually not a good person and Abby didnt kill anyone else Ellie cared about even tho she was in the position to do so, she killed a bad person, spared Ellie twice and moved on even having lost pretty much everyone
The "three fingers" reference was pretty slick. On the surface, Manny was telling the WLF soldier that got shot in the hand, "Don't worry, brother, you only need 3" to mean, two in the pink, one in the stink--which is why the guy was kind of taken aback by it and replied as laughing/semi-grossed out/embarrassed. Deeper down though, it was just foreshadowing.
Nah i love yall but L take on the ending The whole point of the game was to show how wrong of an idea revenge is. There's so many games that end like this and nobody says "so what was the point". Actually, the first game is a pure example. Because what was the point of Joel taking ellie to the fireflies across the country if he js stops the procedure anyway right? Rdr2 is another example but i don't think u guys played it so i wont spoil just in case you're planning to. The whole point of the game was to show both sides were wrong about the idea of revenge. Like markus in Detroit become human said "an eye for an eye and the world goes blind". Joel would've never wanted ellie to go after revenge, but to instead mourn and move on healthily, she didn't understand this until she spared abby because the whole game she was going off her emotions and anger. She didn't consider how skilled abby was and how dragging people into her whole journey of revenge would affect them too. Same as abby. If you really felt like you went through the whole game for "nothing" then you guys really gotta play more story games. I love yall but cmon lol
Not really a L take is it's how they see the ending The ending can have a meaning or a message, but other people don't have to like it some will understand some will not, some will like it while others fine it a waste of their time and that's okay bc that how they see the ending
@@ImARandomUploader7820 but to say it was all for nothing is an extremely closed minded way to look at it, and as i said, alot of games can be seen as "for nothing"
@@ImARandomUploader7820Their take was a little reductive, it’s like thinking The Godfather was just about the mafia. I understand because they’re young and you probably need more life experience to pick up on a lot of the nuance. I go back to a lot of the movies I saw when I was younger and pick up on a lot that went over my head.
@@ImARandomUploader7820Same. I like what story is trying to be told and I truly do understand what message is in this and how much more complex not just the ending is but the game as a whole, but it just left me feeling bitter. Like compared to the first game it’s just grim. We know vengeance can be bad and can lead to horrible things. We know that seeking out blood over your past can just open old wounds or bring out something within that’ll make you someone you never want to become. It’s just one of those endings that leaves you feeling hollow. I mean… I loved Ellie because despite how sick the world was, she had a sense of humor and was a lovable person who didn’t let the weight of the world hold her down. Now it’s just like you watched the innocence be stripped from her for a message we’ve seen done to death in this current decade.
The ending will always be a bit confusing but this whole story we think were doing this for a good cause but in reality Ellie’s the bad guy in this story. Imagine if the whole game took place is Abby’s shoes instead of Ellie’s. We would want to kill Ellie and Joel because of what they did to us, our dad was killed, our friends got killed, everyone we knew GONE. And then at the end she threatens to kill an innocent kid (lev)? Like cmon Ellie took this was to far to begin with.
Now that you beat the game theres an important piece as to why Ellie would let Abby go at the end. Its about control, people who are hit by such traumatic events often feel a loss of control over the world around them. (Ex: if a person breaks into your home and kills your family you no longer feel like you can stop someone from entering your home anytime they want.) Ellie was mad at Joel not just cause he lied but because he took control away from her. Yes the fireflies were doing the same but Ellie can’t be mad at something she was never told about. After Ellie kills David. While walking she tells Joel that she has nightmares of being in a plane that going down and running to the front but not being able to fly the plane. So Part II isn’t the first time a traumatic event made her feel like she’s lost control of her life. Sure Ellie could have killed Abby in the water, but her having the choice on if Abby lives or dies is the control she was looking for. Some people say there should have been a choice, but I feel like not only does that take away from Ellie’s character and themes shes playing with, but also takes away from the plot since a sequel wouldn’t be able to give validate but options at the end in a meaningful way.
I personally do not think Dina left Ellie. If you look at Ellie's hands which has zero missing fingers when she gets back to the house, you see the bracelet Dina gave Ellie, and Ellie didn't call Dina's name when she walked into the house. I think she and Dina made up and moved back to Jackson, Ellie only went back for the guitar. Just my take
Wait a seccc...That is a GREAT theory...Cause why would she go back and all of a sudden she's nto bloody, her hair is clean, and her fingers have healed very well...? Oooh shit... Edit: I thought this over, and it's still a good theory, but I see the other side too... California all the way back up to Washington is a long ass trip. Dina had plenty of time to move out.
I don't know, I think Dina followed through and left. It's logical that Ellie would have still had the bracelet from back when Dina gave it to her at the theater--it doesn't really prove that she'd already met up with her. It was a long journey to get back to the Jackson area, which was plenty of time for the cauterization of her fingers to have taken place & for her to get cleaned up. She walked into the house and was slow panning around. That's not the look of a person who expected an empty house. Plus, as much as I like Dina and Ellie, I think it'd be a bit of a cop-out for Dina to go back to her after that ultimatum. Love Ellie... but she doesn't deserve Dina after the way she left.
@@sadisticwinter8354 What do you mean? It's a long trip. She wouldn't wanna walk into her house all bloody and unkempt, especially after the way she left. Cauterized her fingers and the multi-month trip home would have given time for some of the healing to start. I'm guessing just like anyone else, but the way Ellie disregarded Dina to leave like that... nah, I'm positive--unless Naughty Dog says otherwise--that Dina left for good. And frankly, Ellie deserves it. Dina gave Ellie the bracelet back at the theater, so she'd have had it to whole time anyways.
@@LockeNarshe Respectfully I disagree. I gave my opinion and it's not changing. Ellie didn't have the bracelet on at the theater or at any point until the end where she's back at the house, due to her injuries, especially her stomach wound, that does not heal on its own, I think she went back to Jackson, Dina's parents left them a letter saying there is always room for them in Jackson, I think she went there and made up with Dina, it doesn't make sense to me why she'd go back to the house and leave , she had a chance of clothes too, she definitely was in Jackson before going to the house, I don't think she walked around because Dina was gone, I think she was taking it all in. 😮💨 Feel free to disagree, I just said what I believe.
To be fair if it wasn't for Joel , Abby's dad wouldn't be dead and it wouldn't have left her for wanting revenge to kill the man who killed her father. I get it that Ellie wants that same revenge but repeating the cycle won't change anything at all. People have people that they care for, I mean let's say someone took a family member from you. Wouldn't you want to get revenge and justice?? It is plain and simple, I know that Ellie and Joel were the main faces of the first game but in my opinion I am all Team Abby bc it's not fair that she had to lose her father bc a man couldn't let go of a girl who would want to bring humanity back. All bc he lost his first daughter within the outbreak. Again I get It but to say that you don't gaf abt Abby or her backstory defeats the whole purpose and perspective of another person's life within the second game. The ending I think they chose to go with was perfect. Otherwise the blood shed wouldn't ever end. Like Vash said "humans are dumb, y'all are surrounded by monsters and you choose to fight each other instead." when in reality if a real outbreak were to occur ppl would still kill non infected bc of selfish desires or so called "needs" and greed. Sadly to say it is apparent that human nature is very much harsh and has never been purely good, mostly evil. Because it is very impossible to dispose of the evil within this world.
Or maybe that's just someone's perspective on the game. Just because it doesn't align with how you want people to react or what they are going for, doesn't mean it worked for a lot of people. I hate that y'all try to dictate how someone should react to something. Ellie and Joel were the main characters like you said so of course there would be a bias. That's with any media. Once a beloved character dies justified or not, it's not gonna go over well and it will change a lot of people's perceptions of the media, and people aren't wrong for that. It's also because we saw everything joel went through and how Ellie helped him change his perspective on how he viewed things. Plus, to sit here and disregard Joel wanting to save someone who saved him from himself and he also cared about at that point is crazy. She's also a whole child. She's not obligated to save a world that's beyond saving just because she's immune.
It’s mama dina’s arc now 53:41 Nah you still need laundry detergent if you washing by hand 57:53 Dina in her mom bag 1:20:30 I heard there’s a TLOU 3 in the works.
I completely forgot about the infected because I’ve been fighting so many people. It's not just a fight against the infected anymore it's against people. It’s sad to see that humanity is lost.
The “you only need three fingers” thing was from Abby’s side when you just started playing her n yall got jumped by scars, when ya got back to base you found out a dude lost 2 his fingers then manny or some other guy said “you only need three fingers” (I think it was manny)
It's like this, she went through all that for revenge, gave up everything. And for what? I feel like it was a thing about not letting revenge consume your life.
Ellie was having really bad ptsd and wasnt sleeping or eating. She felt like she HAD to go kill abby not just for revenge but because she felt guilty. She felt guilty because of their interactions before his death. She couldnt live with herself and it was eating her up. Abby ended up living in the end because ellie realized killing abby wasnt going to help her get over joel she had to finally let him go and move on. I really believe that if she didnt leave to go find abby she would of ended up getting even worse and that would affect her and dinas relationship anyway.
In the first game she said her fear was to end up alone. Guess what happened. The cost of the cycle of violence and revenge. Ellie is not a forgiving person. That's also hinted early on by the way she didn't accept Seth's apology.
Yk, even though, Tommy rlly should let it go and he can’t be Brighton that to the house like they settled down. I still feel him, cuz like, that’s his brother 😭
everyone that went to get revenge on joel with abby died I believe. the guy on the radio said get to catalina island it was either a real thing or a set up.
Enjoyed the playthrough for the most part. Gameplay was the highlight i liked how you guys were pretty varied with your gameplay. So many youtubers just sneak and stealth kill which is so boring. Lmao But damn the amount of times where yall werent paying attention that couldve answered so many questions and confusions you had along the way. Lol Either way, GG
I think people understand this game according to their maturity and age. Because it's clear that what this game wants to show us is that when you go on a journey of revenge you lose yourself and lose everything you have. It's like that phrase says, when you start a journey of revenge you have to dig two graves, because one is for you.
Honestly, You guys completely missed the point of the ending, as well as several of the story's parallels between characters. Which actually, is pretty normal after the first play-through. I wont lie it took me about 3 full play-throughs for me to fully appreciate the whole story. Let it sit with you for awhile and give it another play down the road. I think it gets better every time. The true victory for Ellie is that she is able to retain her last shred of humanity at the end. Joel literally reaches out and saves Ellie again, FROM THE GRAVE! She realizes that that Joel would not want her to go through with killing Abby. He would have just want her to be happy, and safe. Finally, after all the pain, loss and suffering, she is able to begin to forgive Joel and finally lay his memory to rest and move on. This is symbolized by her laying the guitar next to the window. Her memory of her last conversation with Joel extinguishes her obsession for justice all costs. It breaks her free from the vicious cycle of violence, and she can now begin to heal. Through an act of mercy, Ellie can now start grow in a positive way. Abby learns a similar lesson much earlier in the story. Abby understands that killing Joel didn't give her any closure. It just made her wounds deeper and ultimately provoked more violence against her and all of her friends. She is a broken women on Seattle day 1, much like Joel was a broken man at the beginning of TLOU Part 1. Abby's character arc mirrors Joels in that she is able to put her hatred aside and puts her life on the line to try to protect Lev and Yarra. She also begins to learn through Owens insight, that the warring factions of the WLF and the Seraphites are a grim reminder of the results of the same cycle of violence. She begins to see Yarra and Lev as humans rather than just a couple more scars. Remember that cut scene after Abby returned from the hospital on day 2? Instead of reliving the nightmare of running down that hallway to find her dad dead in a pool of blood, she sees her dad this time alive and well, smiling at her as if to say, "atta girl Abs...Thats the Abby I know and love". Thats when I truly began to appreciate her character. Her path leading to personel vindication began in that moment, and continued throughout the story. I know its not quite the same, but I got serious Ellie and Joel vibes near the end of the story with Abby and Lev. The ending is heartbreaking but beautifully poetic at the same time. This story is about two very imperfect women living in a cruel and dangerous world sharing the exact same motive. They both felt that their pursuit of revenge was justified. Ultimately, they had to learn the same lesson the hard way. That hate will ALWAYS lead to more hate. Its sad that they both had lose everything important to them to discover this, but in the end they both experience personal redemption, love and forgiveness. Part 2 is the the kind of story that really sticks with you. A truly great story doesn't necessarily need to make you feel good all the time. It just needs to make you FEEL! And this one does that more than any story I've ever experienced. Honestly, todays world really needs this story. It is so unapologetic, powerful, thought provoking and just, real. It serves as a stark reminder of what the path of vengeance can make any decent human being capable of. TLOU2 is truly one of the greatest if not the greatest story ever told. It will haunt me forever. -mic drop.
I feel like a lot of people who just decided to take the stance that Ellie was the bad guy in the situation doesn’t take the trauma she went through into context. There is no denying that Abby had been justified in her killing Joel for what he did…But in Ellie’s mind Abby was just some random person who decided to kill the person she literally went through hell and back with. And she wanted to kill Abby..but it wasn’t just about Abby. In her head..everyone in that room was responsible for Joel’s death and Abby literally brutally murder Joel right in front of her..and she thought it was because of her. Both Abby and Ellie made choices that deeply affected the other. It’s easier to see Abby’s point of view because Abby’s revenge was initially against Joel..but that’s why the always said revenge is never a straight path. In my view I find both characters sympathetic and ultimately feel bad for both of them.
You are right to call out Lev for his dumb decision! Had he not done that, his mother would have lived, Yara would have lived, and they may even have got away from the Marina before Ellie turns up to kill Owen and Mel 🤣

What ending where you expecting? Two broken people pushed themselves to their limits and lost everything in the process. The only good that can come of that is the solace that, in the end, they reached a place where they can start to heal.
I was expecting her to just shoot her since she had all her guns. That or ending it at the farm.
The whole point of the game is that chasing revenge can blind you of everything that matters in yr life.
Just because characters die that doesn`t mean their stories are for nothing^^'
the journey is the destination
But Abby denied Ellie her death, so Ellie lets her go in the end because fate had decided she would live, just as it had when she was bitten at 14.
tbh I’d prefer an ending where Abby just decks tf out of Ellie. She let yo ahh live TWICE and you’re still mad because she offed the PROBLEM 😭
NO CAUSE EXACTLY. 🗣️🗣️🗣️
to be fair it's not like abby could find it in herself to give up on killing joel, so why should we expect ellie to give up on finding abby lol
@@lakewoodln1060
Ellie's taken more from Abby than Abby has from her.
Up next.. Life is Strange 2?
Hell Yeah
no they should play mafia
Nah i love yall but L take on the ending
The whole point of the game was to show how wrong of an idea revenge is.
Not really a L take is it's how they see the ending
The ending can have a meaning or a message, but other people don't have to like it some will understand some will not, some will like it while others fine it a waste of their time and that's okay bc that how they see the ending
@@sunscreeneater5937 actually youd be surprised, alot of joel fanboys still dont know this😂
The ending will always be a bit confusing but this whole story we think were doing this for a good cause but in reality Ellie’s the bad guy in this story.
I hope you guys play heavy rain next. I know its going to be hilaripus watching yall play that lmao
definitely on the list havent forgotten about it 😈
Damn Vash, bro cheatin on Lunar wit that thumbnail 🧐😭
Now that you beat the game theres an important piece as to why Ellie would let Abby go at the end. Its about control, people who are hit by such traumatic events often feel a loss of control over the world around them. (Ex: if a person breaks into your home and kills your family you no longer feel like you can stop someone from entering your home anytime they want.)
Ellie was mad at Joel not just cause he lied but because he took control away from her.
LMAO this made me smile and giggle .. that's exactly what happened 😭

Bro Abby and Lev are off to join the Fireflies at Catalina Island. That radio contact wasn't a setup, nothing to do with the Rattlers.
2:34:19 I was expecting vash to say some dumb shi but his theory actually impressed me 💀
To be fair if it wasn't for Joel , Abby's dad wouldn't be dead and it wouldn't have left her for wanting revenge to kill the man who killed her father.
Like Vash said "humans are dumb, y'all are surrounded by monsters and you choose to fight each other instead."
when in reality if a real outbreak were to occur ppl would still kill non infected bc of selfish desires or so called "needs" and greed.
Sadly to say it is apparent that human nature is very much harsh and has never been purely good, mostly evil. Because it is very impossible to dispose of the evil within this world.
You said this perfectly, I’m with you
Or maybe that's just someone's perspective on the game. She's not obligated to save a world that's beyond saving just because she's immune.
another case of reactors without media literacy and continuously complain when the answer is right in front of them

A way out would be fun to see yall play, and life is strange 2 as well
Ellie was having really bad ptsd and wasnt sleeping or eating.
47:24 when I tell you I am wheezing 😭😭😭😂😂😂
In the first game she said her fear was to end up alone. Guess what happened. The cost of the cycle of violence and revenge. Ellie is not a forgiving person. That's also hinted early on by the way she didn't accept Seth's apology.
"I'm scared of ending up alone."

I think people understand this game according to their maturity and age. Because it's clear that what this game wants to show us is that when you go on a journey of revenge you lose yourself and lose everything you have. It's like that phrase says, when you start a journey of revenge you have to dig two graves, because one is for you.
I watched most of you guys gameplays and it’s probably the most childish point of views I’ve ever seen especially from the black guy.
Fr
"the black guy" you mean lunar?
Yeah but at least they get paid on UA-cam so...😂😂.

If you told me vash takes the strap i wouldn't believe you, but if it's from Ellie i would understand
a way out next fs ‼️‼️
