Legends … loved your episodes at Justin and Ellies place. Hopefully they get back to basics of just enjoying the sport and competing. New house, building a new training center, mowing to another country. It takes some fuel from the gastank. They will bounce back. Remember to enjoy. No matter what you are competing in. I think people forget Justin is only 23/24 - Roman, Jeff, Pat, Brent even Ricky are all basically in their 30s, and you’ve already won twice no one can ever take that achievement away from you, Mat hadn’t even won at that age yet, one result is not career defining you have so much talent and opportunity to come.

The way people comment negatively about your relationship effecting your performance when they don’t know you at all is ridiculous, you both clearly work so well together and should be very proud! 😄
These people don't even know the name of their Senator but so knowledgeable about other people's business who live a thousand miles way. They don't know how ignorant they are and that's a real problem.
Yeah, and so many of the other athletes are in relationships as well. Admittedly they aren’t all dating elite athletes but Maddy Sturt and Jay Crouch are dating and Jay just had an amazing season. Why should it be any different for Justin and Ellie’s relationship.

Dude you are a two time champion. You cant win every year. We all support you and Ellie no matter what the results are.
Some of the champs did win continuously once they started winning. That’s given people unrealistic expectations. With his age and the growth of the competitive field, it’s much more unlikely for him to win every year. Especially as he doesn’t do lots of wins. However this was not a good games for him. But he’ll come again.
@misa5941 but that was early CrossFit and no where near as popular. As CrossFit ages, the people that train for the games get younger and younger. It’ll be hard pressed to have a person win the games as like Froning or Fraser.

You’ve done more at your age then most people will dream of, it’s incredibly impressive always going to be a big fan no matter what happens next, that being said I have a strong feeling will see you back bigger and better soon
I can’t even imagine the mental toll this weekend would of taken you should an insane amount of grit to keep fighting like you did, you’ve got so many years ahead of you, onto the next one ☝️

F.A.I.L. = Forever Acquiring Important Lessons. Thank you for sharing your struggles. You made the last two years' wins look fairly easy, Justin. Although possibly humiliating for you, just know we all still stand behind you. You both are an inspiration, especially for this old and physically broken retired 55-year old cop. Watching you two and all the athletes keeps a fire burning inside me to stay at it no matter what.

I love how you handled the situation with Lazar and the bike race. You just proved the reason I love you. When you were asked you just said what it was competition and an accident. I lost a lot of respect for Lazar because he totally was blaming you and spoke negatively about you. Anyway, I feel you and Ellie been under so much pressure you just wasn’t there in heart. Justin: We're behind you all the way! Every time you show up on the public stage from here on out, we're rooting for you. We love to watch you compete and the channel because you've got the champion mindset and you can turn on the killer instinct but you also have to be one of the nicest, most sincere celebrities out there. You're love for the sport shows in how you compete and how you treat family, competitors, and fans. That's what truly makes you great.
There's a lot of talk about dynasties and consecutive winners in the sport of CrossFit, and seeing a 3-peat from you would have been impressive. But sounds like you've had some demons on your back this year, and its ok to overcome those via a struggle. It will be even more impressive to see you succeed in the future knowing a tiny bit of what you've had to fight through.

It's so easy to forget what enormous amount of work the athletes take on during the games. Hearing from both of you top Athletes how it was just too much this year is an eye opener. Thank you so much for letting us in and be so transparent - can't wait to cheer for you next year!
If only they practiced for something that wasn't a joke, do they practice the running with a bicycle at your side by dragging a motorcycle with weights on it instead?..
Once breaking that mental boundry by acknowledging it and talking about it makes you stronger. But also take the lessons that you learned with you so you can recognize it when it comes along again.
