Need some help i have the same error code. Are you sure that Actuator is the problem. In my case i have found some soot outside the intake plenum where flaps actuator is. I am getting an intermediate emergency program when i drive the car. I took off the egr valve but it is not blocked at all not much soot at all. After erasing all the errors and driving a short trip i get only 004932 error. I order a new egr and i will see. Cay i contact you if this does not work so you could give some advice?

thnx for the comment mate it helped me a lot. Wish u had commented few moths earlier :) I was just cleaning the EGR valve for this error and completely neglected the EGR pipe going to the inlet manifold..
Was your fault intermittent or permanent? Mine’s intermittent. It’s had new EGR, MAP sensor and MAF sensor. I want to take everything apart to check for blockages but not sure if fault being intermittent warrants this?
Salut. La flute etait constamment apres. Le probleme venait du tuyau EGR vers le collecteur d’admission. Il etait completement bloque par du carbone. Javais des codes d’erreur pour le debit d’air massique EGR (les captures savaient que les gaz EGR etaient arretes quelque part) et la fuite d’air du systeme d’admission (les captures savaient que le gaz ne passait pas, ils montrent donc qu’il s’echappe, d’ou un avertissement de fuite) Hi. The fault was constantly afterwards. The problem was the EGR to intake manifold pipe. It was completely blocked with carbon. I had fault codes for EGR mass airflow (the sensors knew EGR gases were being stopped somewhere) and intake system air leak (the sensors knew the gas wasn’t getting through so they show that it is escaping, hence leak warning)
hi i have this fault on my 2016 mini paceman deisel the car is running fine ,,is there anyway to test the actuator valve ? before spending loads on parts ,,thanks
@Veles hi ...its in the garage at the moment had all the egr cooler and egr stripped out and said its clear...so he is now cleaning the dpf...see where we go from there ...
For the other 1 person out of 100, get ur DPF checked before changing anything.

I’m getting this on my 2009 bmw n47 engine will it be the same as the mini.

in my case it was blocked EGR pipe right at throtle body. unblocked it and fault went away. N47 E91

Hey, I’m a french guy facing that issue with my bmw (n47). I can’t pick the name of the part you said. Is it turbo actuator ? Thanks a lot

Oui j’avais changé l’EGr car je pensais que ça venait de la . Le voyant est toujours la mais la voiture se comporte normalement sans problème.
