Hey in the video I saw you have a car. When renting a 1 bedroom in the city, where do you park your vehicle. Did you rent a parking space or you have to constantly re-park everyday in street parking?

- rent is cheaper near water in NYC because it's further from subway lines
- moving around as a strategy to near more about NYC at high operation cost but seems to be worth it

- having a car seems inconvenient and expensive in NYC is it worth it?

Just curious, are all leases in NYC one year only and they you’re forced to move out? Or do they let you renew. Seems like all the content creators and UA-camrs in NY never stay in the same apartment for more than a year
