Guitar Recording SM57 vs Samsung S21

We use a cellphone to record most of our tracks. We’re pretty much aware that this isn’t how it should be done…so we got ourselves a Shure SM57.
We’ve recorded two tracks using the SM57 on one, while a Samsung S21 on the other. We’ll play them and alternate between the two.
The upper track is the Shure SM57…
The lower track is the Samsung S21…
