Accurascale tested the loco and they found all the lights working with the switches I had correctly set. Is my controller the problem I wonder. I use a Gaugemaster Prodigy Express.
I run my loco (the same ) using gaugemaster pridigy with the wi fi app on my phone , all 28 functions are easily accesible opposed to the hand controller ,it`s a pain having to press shift to access the` f` no`s ...Did have a motor issue but that was sorted out by Accurascale ...love that livery 👍👍
Hi, great video of a great loco with a quality livery, i got mine last week, it runs very well and the sound is very good, the sound of the horns on mine are very good, i believe different people are setting the locos up at the factory, there doesn't seem to be a standard setting hence a lot of customers complaining about how they sound, this should be looked into by Accurascale, thanks for sharing.
@@modelrailwaynoobHi, are you going to get Accurascale's class 66? I don't think they are fitting the EM2 speaker like the Hattons model (SF) came with, i have a Hattons class 66 with an EM2 speaker, it sounds totally amazing! very loud with some serious bass.
Having purchased one of these and not really used it yet after weeks of it sat round I was interested hear what you had found. I want to see where or what lamps wasn't working but that wasn't shown. I understand the dip switches not being set correctly but I'm non the wiser after watching. I will say your update comment was excellent by saying there was no fault with the model. 👍
Hi Michael, I’ve got three of those 37s haven’t had any problems with them but haven’t run them much due to track alterations going on hope you get yours sorted soon cheers al
My D6700 (DCC fitted, BR green with headcode boxes) arrived last month. Similar issue, sound and motion great, but no lights! I use an NCE power cab but I also tested it at my club where they have an ECoS Command System, Same problem but they did get the side lights and cab lights to come on. I've just emailed Locomotion Models for help. It's a long way to post it back from Western Australia. Very disappointing as it cost close to $500 AUD.
They have caused the problem by making the model too complicated. I've never had this problem with other manufacturers. It puts me off buying another DCC. I bought a 2nd DC model and it's fine.
Sorry for Lights… désolé pour les feux. Je suis content de mes 37 Accurascale mais pas autant que j’espèrerais. Je trouve le son moteur parfait, mais les « horn sounds » ne sont pas terribles, le freinage est décevant aussi.
Stunning livery, I had a problem with my lights at forward end where the marker lights and tail lights didn’t work, not saying it’s the same problem but reset cv8 and now working, just got an issue with the sound level being about 50% compared to other versions , hopefully sort that one when I can get it on my mates ESU programmer as I’m getting weird values from my controller when I’m reading the volume cv’s
I tried CV8 once Accurscale suggested it but it didn't help, unfortunately. It is a lovely model and it's now gone back. The customer services were very quick to respond.
@@modelrailwaynoob that’s a shame it didn’t work as it’s painful to send it back, Accurascale support is very good and go out of their way to help resolve any issues, hope you get it back soon so you can enjoy your 37 in full illuminated glory 😊👍
Mate...what's the model of your video camera that you're using to film...if you don't mind me asking?! Some beautiful 4k footage of your ROG 37 there buddy! 😲😅
The instructions tell you to check the switches. Two sets of switchea are for decoders and one set is for DC. Mine was set up for a non ESU decoder but it has an ESU sound decoder. Therefore, the switches were set incorrectly. I changed them and Accurascale confirmed I had set them correctly.
@@164DiecastVideos Well oddly the lights worked ok for Accurascale with the switches set as I had set them, so it may be my controller. It works with everything else though.

Thank you. Yes I thought my horns sounded odd

@StormmyStormmy Yes I have ordered the green climate 66. They look fab and I saw the real thing really close up. Have you ordered one?
A fine detailed model, and excellent slow running. No jitters to mention there. But not overawed by the two tone horn, which has no depth
Yes it was a bit odd
This is fabulous, great sound too. I hope the lights issue is soon fixed 😊
Thanks Mandy
a very nice engine sounds fabulous even without pity about that hope you can get it sorted but did enjoy seeing it cheers for now al 🚂🚂😊😊👍👍
Thanks Al and note, no click bait title :)

Thanks Al. I really like it and Accurascale said they would get straight onto it.

Merci. Les sons de mon klaxon sont également étranges. Il semble que ce soit un problème que plusieurs d'entre nous rencontrent.
@@modelrailwaynoob je ne savais pas, mais vraiment les Klaxons sont mauvais par rapport aux Bachmann.

Loved mine - until it packed up. Mk3 version with working fans due in 2025 let’s hope they will have sorted all the faults out 😵
I hope so!
Why touch the switches if DCC sound? Leave as they came from factory? Switches are for DC only.
