This is such an authentic what i eat in a day series that every person can relate to..What I liked the most is the way you didn't do the fad diet wala thing and ate moderate carbs in each and every meal of yours(no keto wala thing) and ate 2whole eggs,as nowadays most be like don't eat egg yolk it increases cholesterol,has fat etc etc .Also no fancy food like avocado smoothie raspberries 😂😂

Roti are better than mine as I also live away from my family, as a man its difficult to make rounded roti & voh bhi Baajre ke roti. Kudos to all jo bana lete hai. Your intake are good as filled with nutrition

I believe you're heavily undereating your protein requirements. If someone's working out the way you're doing, its recommended that they eat atleast a gram of protein for their bodyweight in lbs (but certainly better if they eat more). In case you're vegetarian/vegan, tofu and tempeh are non-negotiable. Also try adding a few egg whites, plant protein or whey to top off your macros
Yeah, she doesn’t even look fit. She looks very skinny. I’m not trying to body shame but she is portraying herself as very fit but in actuality she isn’t that fit.
It is actually around 0.75 or 0.8 grams per kilo
