Oh my! Am I the only one returning back the old days? It's 2021 now!!! I watched again the Nashville and all Haydens' movies... She is very talented in any aspect of her life, and also very beautiful inside out. Hope to see here again making new movies. You are such an inspiration to all of us in all the movies that you have.
You have to have lived this to understand that kind of pain. I lived it in 1971 and there is no physical pain that has even come close to my broken heart in all the years after. Such a perfect song; I wish it had been written back then. ❤️🩹
This show did such a service to children of addiction.... wrote two pieces in my blog on this show re children of addiction. The first episode was Deacon's surprise party "Stronger Than Me" was that song and this episode when she blurted "I should be celebrating it's over!"..... we had to pause the DVR for about 10 mins on both occasions so I could cry it out! I am now going through something in my life where someone is hurting me so much I am shutting down; this song is my mantra
I love this song comes straight from the heart for me. Nothing will ever bring me down or defeat me. Needless to say , that one person that has no heart or soul to judge me. But God will lead me to the right path.. This I know..
Awesome song . I discovered it a little while ago, here in Europe, where we mostly dont know any of the Nashville/ Country songs from the States Love this song 😃❤️👍🏼
I am done with all men. Hurts too bad. I am just going to live for God and my grandson, who needs me. My heart has been broken and played for the last time. I am so over that romantic nonsense. I will live for myself and I do not need a man to complete me.
Good answer but I am sorry to say that I have a boyfriend. But altogether yes I agree we can ignore all the boy nonsense. I thought that I was done with all the boy nonsense at once but it still didn't happen. After I thought of that I had a bf then broke up then another boy asked me than broke up and then another boy asked me and then hopefully this is my last one.
carolsuewho just wanted to let ya know that if you ever watched the show Nashville, this song was literally written about losing her mother "Jolene" to overdose after she killed the "sober companion" that was trying to blackmail "Juliette". It's not REALLY about a man.
Agree with you i meet a man on pof was with him for 5 months and he was so controlling and told me i had to do what hecsays he was trying to take pictures of me i told him you really dont know what you really want go fine a nother girl im so done
I don't watch this show and I only listen to a little bit of country music, but this song is so sad and yet beautiful. It reminds me of something you'd hear from the 50s. If Hayden put out an album of songs like this I would buy it in a heartbeat.
I have lived this song truely and I'm glad that Nashville finally put it out there and I not only dedicated it to the men who hurt but to my dad 💔💔💔💔💔 because I believe my failor with men began and ends with him because the same abusive crap I went through with my xes he put through too he forever cured me with with abuse for me to ever have a chershed relationship with any man all the ones I had turned out to be just like him
Praying that nothing will ever break my heart again. Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again. No pain this life will put me thru, will ever ever hurt like you..
I really like this song, only it made me cry because I lost my brother who I lived 23 yrs of our adult lives together. He took such good care of me and now he's gone. I love and miss him so very much; my heart just aches and this song well it just made me cry. I like a lot of the songs they put on this show. I hope someday they will recognize the singers and the songs so they can win awards !! :-)
Most of these songs! I've never even heard about. Thank you Nashville for bringing back the sexy country oldies and Danielle Bradberry on the voice and the oldie country music that she sings too. Although I think Hayden sings better then Connie, they are both exceptionally good.
Good song and I don't even like country!! I only started watching Nashville because my little cousin is on it (Audrey Peeples as Layla Grant) is on it but found that I'm liking some of the songs!
For many decades it does not have 100 percent with what the audience wants. I spent 18 years as Radio Promotions Director for 3 major record labels in Nashville. Labels send tens of thousands of dollars per artist in giveaways, station listener contests, plus sending radio program directors at key stations promo items with the artist information and song hype from shirts. Coffee mugs, various merchandise even vacation trips. This is all done to push the label agenda. Been that way for a decades. The major labels have the main say and it's almost like a music mafia to an extent. This holds true in a number of genres. You take pop music and the Radio promoters are I'm cities like New York and los Angeles. Matter of fact even Christian music have a number of labels that control radio airplay. Before I went to work for labels in Nashville, I was the program director for several years for 2 radio stations. The relationship between labels and radio personalities are key. I agree many of the singles from Nashville were radio worthy. It's just a different ballgame when it comes to how songs make it big when the influences have more to do than the listening audience. It's almost that recording labels tell the public this is what you will be purchasing. Since though radio airplay is not influencing the charts as much now and streaming has come to the forefront. Sites such as Spotify are not making any money for the music industry. Each play on Spotify earns the label 6 tenths of a scent. Even a song I released that I sang on had over 100 thousand plays one month. My royalty check was not even 40 dollars. It's more of a mess now that the digital age has taken over and record sales are almost obselete with the exception of niche markets.
The Words "Nothing In This World Will Ever Break My Heart Again" (performed by Hayden Panettiere) I finally kept my pride And hailed a cab Those cuttin words you said Were the last stab There’ll be no tears this time They’ve all dried up No more sweet poison I already drank that cup This tunnel’s dark But there’s a little light glowing Bright enough for me to run toward knowing Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again No pain this life will put me through Will ever ever hurt like you Don’t need a miracle A superhero There’s only one way up When you’re at zero You took my innocence But it was knowing No i don’t need you And that made me a woman I paid my dues But that’s a debt I’m done paying I’m standing strong But I’m still on my knees praying Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again No pain this life will put me through Will ever ever hurt like you
This video makes me really sad and it reminds me that my dad committed suicide. And he was on drugs too. Dad this song is dedicated to you. I cry every time I hear this song. I love you daddy!!
I guess if I survived my first, and now my last, for almost two years he was not only the man I loved but my best friend, I am still healing I. Might be some to blame for a few mistakes but I never lied or played with his heart, my mom always said cyndy there's nothing wrong with wanting a man but never forget u don't need one I will keep our happy memories tucked away in a space in my heart and keep the painful ones in a space in my brain
Do I still love him yes unfortunately I can't shut my heart on and off like a light switch do I. Miss him hell ya will I reach out to him again, no I have myself that I happen to really like again, it's hard but I have to pray and never stop to get my full strength back and keep it, I do
I agree! She's beautiful, she can sing, she can act - she's just amazing, and she's inspired me! :) This song? Oh yes! I always listen to it - it's hard not to. :')
hello thank you for all the songs you compile about Hayden, have you an album so that I can easily download it. And I agree with you every detail you said to her.

The most perfect break-up song...
omg YES!💔
After this episode aired that was the last time I ever watched an episode with my ex actually. A good break up and much needed we both knew it
I agree the best thing about the series was the fantastic music. Best songwriters anywhere, top notch musicians and the vocals are awesome too.

Wish they would play this on my local radio station.

I meant to say spend tens of thousands of dollars on each artist promoting their singles to radio. Or at least used to

The Words
"Nothing In This World Will Ever Break My Heart Again"
(performed by Hayden Panettiere)
I finally kept my pride
And hailed a cab
Those cuttin words you said
Were the last stab
There’ll be no tears this time
They’ve all dried up
No more sweet poison
I already drank that cup
This tunnel’s dark
But there’s a little light glowing
Bright enough for me to run toward knowing
Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again
Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again
No pain this life will put me through
Will ever ever hurt like you
Don’t need a miracle
A superhero
There’s only one way up
When you’re at zero
You took my innocence
But it was knowing
No i don’t need you
And that made me a woman
I paid my dues
But that’s a debt I’m done paying
I’m standing strong
But I’m still on my knees praying
Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again
Nothing in this world will ever break my heart again
No pain this life will put me through
Will ever ever hurt like you
Shelia F. Boyd actually it's "you took my innocence but it was no win"
