my commander 1000 ...side by side is junk,,,yes junk,,,I'm 63 going on 64 years old,,,i treat the machine like I do my hunting dogs,,,with love,,,never go off the trails,,,never abused,,,before I had 200 hours I have had sooooooooooo much trouble out of it,,,steering went out ,,, I mean no steering at all,,,two miles up on a mountain,,,had to hand walked it down,,,with my little beatle dog wondering what was going on,,,hand walking means getting out of the buggy and turning the front wheels by hand,,,u who off road know what I am talking about,,, ruts all the way down,,,so bad couldn't get the truck and trailer to it,,,,i should have died of a heart attack that day,,,well guess what,,,it did it a again,,,it wouldn't start,,,same hill,,,had to hand push it to the top,,,beagle with me again,,,and on and on with other problems with it,,,,listen ,,,guys and girls,,,can am is a big brand name,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but not a good machine,,,,,,stay away,,,look at others,,,if I was young and hill climbing and going through really rough stuff I would not tell u to stay away,,, but I only used the buggy for rabbit hunting,,,my daughter who is 27 used it twice here behind the house for deer hunting,,,using a bow,,,lol,,,just thought I would throw that in for some reason,,,but really,,,can am so for me,,,suck the big one,,,steve,,,,Vietnam vet,,,drafted 11-11-1971...draft number 11,,,,,,,,,,,,,,hey I don't give a flying fuck,,,i just don't want u do buy something that sucks,,,if can am wants to sue me for freedom of speech,,,i am sure there's over a million vets out there that will back me up,,,hey can am,,,u suck,,,,steve-o
